Great location, great atmosphere with nice restaurants and bars on site, one of which was 24/7 which was a great thing for all our friends to meet when jetlagged. Bedding was phenomenal, just needed better blackout curtains and wish we had gotten a larger room but overall was amazing

Our room, "The Study" was spotless every day-we adored the red pencils and stationary! We felt cared for with our bed turned down each night with fresh bottle's of water and a crunch chocolate cookie. The bathroom was incredibly clean. Favorite item was the towel warmer! We returned by taxi and could not wait to rest....I cannot express enough the impact of returning to our room and finding a thoughtfully written card replete with pictures of Harry Styles's albums personally given to my daughter and I. Over the top were the two matching Chesterfield Mayfair macaroons with pictures of Harry from his latest album. We both were already emotionally high from the concert, but for your hotel staff to remember that we were there for Harry Styles, to create such an endearing note, bake and decorate Harry Style delicious macaroons with details about items for allergies, and then to have it placed in a timely manner-just told us everything about who you hire--the best humans on the planet!! We relate to Harry Styles because we think he addresses the global issues of human kindness that we strongly relate to in all people--this hotel had kindness "in spades" in all of the devoted employees!

From check in to check out the staff goes above and beyond. If you want the feel of a cozy historical hotel in Mayfair that’s walkable to so many restaurants then this is the place! Loved every minute!

Impeccable service, gorgeous hotel. Was an extremely warm welcome when we arrived and every time we returned from an outing. Loved our room very much, but the real standout is the staff and the exceptional atmosphere they create. Will absolutely be back! Loved the neighbourhood too, just wonderful all around

The Chesterfield is a boutique Hotel in a very old building. Old buildings carry an incredible amount of charm and personality but, as with any old building, there can be an unexpected surprise on occasion. Unfortunately, I had that with my room, but, I have to say, staff was incredibly responsive and quick in making sure I was accommodated and accommodations that were well appreciated. They could not have done enough for me. I have stayed at this hotel more than once in both winter and summer and I find to be quite cozy. Space. It is easy walking distance to shopping, the tube, bus lines, fine restaurants and casual ones alike. I would highly recommend.

Lovely character hotel with highly attentive well trained staff. Great front desk, doormen and bartender. Very happy with our stay at the Chesterfield. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful location.

The hotel was excellent and frankly exceeded our expectations. The room was not overly large however it was VERY comfortable and had good amenities. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning staff does an excellent job. The turn down service was really nice. The restaurant and room service was excellent and offered a variety of selections. There are excellent restaurants within walking distance as well as Green Park and Buckingham palace. The green park tube station is also an easy walk.

We thought the Chesterfield was fantastic, just down the street from Berkley Square. A tremendous value, we thought.

This hotel is great with good facilities across the board but it is, without doubt, the staff a that make it exceptional.
