We had a flying visit due to attending a concert at Wembley so wasn’t able to take advantage of the hotel other than to sleep. Every staff member we encountered was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We booked the entry level room as knew we wouldn’t be spending much time in it. It was small but not unmanageable. Would definitely stay again.

The Chesterfield Mayfair is one of my favorite hotels in London, and it's my first choice whenever I visit. Located in the heart of Mayfair, it's within walking distance of the shopping on Regent Street and the West End theaters, yet it's tucked away on quiet Charles Street. It's hard to believe you're in one of the world's busiest cities because the hotel feels so peaceful. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. The staff genuinely remembers returning guests, which makes every stay feel warm and welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and after a long day of shopping or an evening at the theater, it's the perfect place to relax. I also appreciate that the bar serves food and drinks late into the evening. After a show, we enjoyed a meal there before turning in for the night, which was a great way to end the day. I've stayed here several times, and the experience has always been outstanding. I highly recommend The Chesterfield Mayfair and will continue to stay here whenever I'm in London.

Rooms are slightly dated but very clean. I made two separate bookings as originally staying the one night. Made another booking some weeks later. However, the bookings weren’t linked so got a phone call asking when we were returning to the hotel to collect our cases! It was sorted in the end but did leave me upset as we were out in central London and returned to hotel early to reassure ourselves we had the room to go back to. We upgraded the room thinking it was for both nights and then was asked to pay again for a second night. This didn’t happen in the end but we should not have asked as we did not make the mistake.

This hotel is better than I ever could have imagined. The service was phenomenal and started before we even arrived. They truly care and take amazing care of their guests. The hotel was spotless, the decor was amazing. I will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME to London. The food was also amazing. Major shout out to Maina for making our stay extremely special.

Everything was spectacular about the Chesterfield Mayfair. Our room was gorgeous. Our bed was comfortable and we felt like royalty. We had an anniversary dinner in Butler's and had Dover sold for the very first time. It did not disappoint. Harrison was a wonderful server. The reason why we ended up in the restaurant having dinner was because of Wasim, who is it an excellent ambassador for the Chesterfield Mayfair. He was a joy to talk to and encouraged us to book dinner there. We had the Dover soul as I said and it was perfectly prepared. He also ordered the rhubarb souffle for dessert. Everything was spectacular. We certainly hope we have the opportunity to return to this lovely hotel
