Stayed 4 nights with my spouse. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Amenities were so so. Underground parking was good but they charge 25$/night. Fairly walkable area but we drove everywhere. Would recommend. Price was reasonable.

The view was good and it was quiet ! Comfy beds and the rooms were very dark and aesthetic !

The hotel ia clean and well located but it's older. The views, if you can get a room facing the river valley, are excellent and the check-in staff are always friendly. They let me park until 5 pm, which is an added bonus for me. Overall I'll stay again and I know what I'm getting but it's also a great price. Clean and I'm happy.

The room was ok, but the AC did not work and the offer to change rooms came so late as to be useless. We had a terrible breakfast, the coffee from the comon pot had a slippery guey mass in it. Pretty disgusting.

Elevator broke, had to walk down 20 flights of stairs.

Very nice stop. Staff were veey helpful when I was checking in while on motorcycle and it was pouring rsin. From helping unload bike in rain, getting me extra towels to put all my soaked gear on, letting me park bike in front because rain confused garage door sensor to not detect the bike. Room was nice, great view, onsite food options were good, and great staff. Location was great for access to downtown. Would stay again if in area.

While the furnishings in the room are showing their age and are a bit worn, the room was very clean and very quiet. The hotel lobby still has a lot of the elegance from yesteryear. The service and food at the main floor lounge and breakfast room was fantastic and the views of the River Valley were great. Convenient downtown location at a reasonable rate. Would stay again.

My family could not use Wifi. It was not connected well, and couldn't use it. It was okay to stay.

Enjoyed the stay!

The la Ronde restaurant was very cool and an excellent meal. The hotel has character and charm.
