Friendly staff. Accommodating. Beautiful property.

The natural beauty of the area near the hotel is amazing. The beach is great for swimming and snokeling. Plenty of beautiful small crabs. Many birds. The greenery of the tropical vegetation, the smooth, clean sand. A very well trained, corteous staff

The staff and amenities were great. The ocean view was amazing. All of the restaurants on property were excellent.

The only thing that wasn’t excellent was the shower, the water never was warmer than Luke warm.

Great location to the airport and an easy uber ride to old San Juan. The staff were very friendly and great food options on the resort property. The beach was quiet and plenty of chairs by the pool and beach for everyone.

The service at Caribe Hilton was top notch. We had an issue after checking but after speaking with the associate at check-in, she took care of everything and got us settled into a new room.

Staff was nice

The room was outdated and needing a good cleaning/refresh, theres stains everywhere , the safe was rusty. The staff was great though, theres a good variety of food options. Someone stole my sandals at the pool, but thats not the properties fault.

Didn’t have water for a few days. They had some loose railings by the pool. These are major issues.

Good hotel, good service, friendly staff. Our ocean view room was a bit outdated. Old carpet, shower curtain, room was old. We got regular room garden view 3rd floor. That room looked more updated and modern vs upgrade we did to ocean view 8th floor.

Room as not updated, carpet looks nasty and old. Room needs a fresh coat of paint.

I've stayed hear many times and it never disappoints. Excellent service across the board from all staff and above all from our favorite bartender, Roberto at Bagua pool bar. Can't wait for our next visit!

The front desk staff was a bit RUDE needs to be more customer friendly. And being bias. The rooms had lots of dirty clothes in ti drawers
