Caribe Hilton

The staff were very friendly and property well-maintained. The rooms were a bit outdated in the Bietsch tower, and the bed was not comfortable. But overall, I would return.

Loved it

Room was dated. Had to pay $100 per day for resort fee which didn’t include pool floats, daily house keeping nor checking a bag for a few hours. Crazy!!

Pools were great and very clean, as was the hotel.

The pool was nice, although I swam in the ocean rather than the pool.

Pools and grounds are gorgeous. The whole place has a beautiful resort feel. Ocean view is the best on the north shore—crashing surf on two sides and calm swimming lagoon to the west.

This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay.

The property management and security allowed a drunken wedding party to endanger children on the floating dock, knocking one off and hitting her head. Also, allowed for them to physically assault a man, and verbally threaten a woman’s life. Hilton failed to remove the guest and provide a safe environment.

I loved staying at this hotel paying extra for the best beach view from one of the highest floors. Staff was very welcoming and took care of me and my partner right away. They had plenty of pools including a kiddie pool, adults bar and a hot tub. CONS: No free breakfast or meals it is considered extra. The room was pretty clean except for their towels.... check the TOWELS! it was dirty and had a pubic hair from previous guest. Which means they don't change fresh towels. CONS: PAID EXTRA MONEY WHEN ARRIVED AT HOTEL I HAD TO PAY OVER $200 DOLLARS EXTRA FOR EXTRA FEES I WASN'T AWARE OR CHARGED HERE AT EXPEDIA. 4/5 HOTEL!

Property is beautiful, staff is pleasant and helpful. Location is great. Only issue I had is day of check in @4:30pm my room wasn’t ready. But we were able to walk around the property and the amazing views by the beach and pool. Main problem was after I was told our room was ready, they did not have the room I booked. 2 adults with 4 kids they tired to give us two separate rooms not connecting which would not work for us. To try to make it better, they gave us 3 connecting rooms. The area and condition of these rooms were not great at all. No hot water, no ice machine and just out dated. Completely ruined my daughter’s 16th birthday. Which was the very first night! We lost time which was frustrating. We then had to wait for the next day to get our original room which was great but major inconvenience to our travel plans.

Hotel and grounds were immaculate and beautiful! The staff was congenial and the concierge/ travel/staff Tues April 7th very helpful in downloading my ticket for my flight to my wallet to lessen the wait for us at the airport. Food and service on the Rustica restaurant was excellent! We are going to return again soon!
