Very clean room, friendly staff. Just outside need some painting and renovation. I expected little more as amenities.

It was nice but the rooms were dated.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The location - almost surrounded by ocean. Ocean views with no obstructions - San Juan can be seen on one side only but the buildings are far away. Grounds are kept immaculate. Plenty of lounge chairs, hammocks, and other outdoor furniture for all guests. No worrying about being able to find a spot to relax. All the staff was extremely happy and very friendly - they truly enjoyed their jobs and life. Room was very comfortable clean, easy And quick room service and cleaning every day. I stayed here at the very last minute with my teenage daughter for a relaxing do nothing vacation. This property was perfect - the location on the water, proximity to the airport, amenities, comfort, it was perfect.

Had bugs in room. It was so gross!!! Either a roach or bed bug.

The room was the main reason for the 3 stars. Major need of refurbishing. Carpet worn out- looked dirty. Make up mirror missing with what looked like someone ripped it off the wall. For the price? Beyond mediocre. Facility nice though. Pools great,

Amazing amenities and incredibly helpful staff!

So here’s a real take on it for me. The resort is phenomenal. Pools are clean, refreshing(chilly lol) and the look and set up of it all was great. Hammocks were a great afternoon nap. Beach area with calm waters… crystal clear water. Wasn’t even too salty lol. Staff was as pleasant as they could be! There are a couple of restaurants right next to the resort that stupid cheap for food and are delicious! The only complaint if you had to, would have been the rooms. They were not bad at all, just dated. Being 2026 a tv that doesn’t connect to Netflix or any other app was just a bummer. No usb outlets so bring a bock for the wall. The bathroom door was a barn style so never really shuts just slides with open gaps on all sides. The bed was comfy and pillows were all different so it was great to choose your own adventure per se. But it’s a resort!… you aren’t there to hang out in a hotel room! We are going back. Already booked next Dec. Enjoy your stay and hope to see you there!

Great location, staff were excellent,

Rooms are a bit rough, showing many signs of wear and could use updating. The entire place feels dated and ignored by Corporate. Pool was cold as ice and barely anyone was in it except for some die hard kids. A bit dirty too Hot tub looked like someone urinated in it. Lots of empty commercial units on the first floor. Also, we lost power a few times and had to listen to an enormous generator hum. The only bright spot was the staff. I found everyone from check in to the pool bar and room service staff very friendly. But I would not stay here again due to the other issues. I expected more from a Hilton.

Clean, excellent pool and beach area. Most of the food options were tasty but very expensive. Rooms could use a refresh but very nice large rooms. Service was great, very friendly staff.
