Breakfast and dinner excellent! Staff friendly and accomodating,

the parking charges were excessive and the carts were hard to find but the staff were very good.

It would have been nice if the bed was actually made instead of the just pulling up the bed sheets

The breakfast is served in the VIP lounge starts at 7am, when we got there at 7, nothing was ready. We had a busy day ahead of us and we didn’t get to enjoy the complete breakfast that was included.

Sheraton should be ashamed to have this as one of its properties. Staff is fine and as expected. Old building and mediocre rooms. Stay elsewhere for the money. Or stay to observe the smallest king bed you’ve seen. Parking is awful, breakfast is a disaster, terrible room lighting, huge gap at the bottom of room door, and it’s old - even feels a little dingy. This is a 2 star hotel. Would never stay at this location again and much less likely to stay at a Sheraton ever again in general, anywhere. If this is how they think a property should be managed they will soon be competing with Motel 6 rather than Hilton.

Valet was great. Breakfast seemed limited. Staff was helpful. Hotel was spooky quiet…. Not sure why.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, silent and clean room.

The staffer actually pretty good very kind. It is difficult to reach all places if you need assistance as I do. The hotel is a little bit in need of renovation and they say they're going to be doing it soon.

Rooms are fairly spacious. BUT extremely worn out. In particular the bathroom.

When we arrived at the hotel around 4pm, the staff told me our room was not ready yet and asked us to check in after 6pm and I asked her to at least do some upgrade on our room because of inconvenience and she said yes. When we came back to hotel after 7pm, the room was ready, but the room they assigned us was on the third floor, the lowest floor for the rooms on the hotel, which means they didn't provide us any upgrade at all even though we are Mariott Gold Elite member. That was still OK with us as long as we could have quiet and cozy night. However, the real problem was there was a party on second floor banquet room on Saturday night, from which music was played so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. First, I went down to reception desk after 11pm to check when the party would be over and she told me in an half hour. However, the music didn't stop till 1 pm and I went down again very frustrated and asked her again when the party would be end. And she said she would ask to lower the music to the party and maybe a half hour later music finally stopped. What I was so upset from this stay was that the hotel assinged our family on the third floor even though they knew a big party would go on the first night we stayed there. And even after late check-in because they didn't prepare our room on time. Check-in was supposed to be available from 3pm as long as I know. This hotel doesn't care for the customer at all. For the record, we paid more than $1,000 for two night stay.

Good location, great staff, they were all very helpful and attentive. Rooms could use some upgrades but big enough and had everything I needed. I stayed before this time and I'll go back

Clean room.

The bathroom did not function well. Toilet was very slow to flush, sinks were cracked. Did not expect that in this level of hotel. But the food service on the 17th floor was amazing and the young woman serving us was amazing! She gets a golden star from me!
