Fantastic location, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and a comfortable room, I couldn’t ask for more. I’d happily stay here again on my next visit.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and the room was clean. The location was also very good. However the bed was possibly one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. I’ve slept on floors more comfortable. I could feel every spring in the bed. Also I was told that both the ice and vending machines were broken. The staff was helpful in pointing out a 24hr store across the street, but it was still an inconvenience that was unexpected.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovations. The amenities in the rooms are below average. The hotel is quite noisy and not just because of its central location which is actually very convenient, but because of hotel policies and guests and because there is not insulation between rooms. Staff was excellent and helpful, breakfast was very good and varied and the personnel in the breakfast room was amazing.

The Staff was very helpful and nice. The room clean and the breakfast good. Also the AC work perfectly. I was a little disappointed that the rooms don't have a mini refrigerator.

Great stay in Madrid! Place is clean, centrally located on Gran Via and within walking distance to most nearby shops and restaurants, buses and metros. The staff is very helpful. Will Definitely stay there again.

Well located hotel. Lazaro at the front desk was very professional and kind.

Because I did not include breakfast with my room I couldn’t get a cup of coffee in the morning and the earliest coffee shop near by a Starbucks only opens at 7:30am…. No cups in the room and It took over 1 hr to get a kettle. I think thus hotel could do better then that
