There is no cleaning service but given compensation of 1 bottle of wine. Fair enough.

There is no housekeeping on daily basis. Was told they only do housekeeping on the 3rd day based on my duration of stay. I thought housekeeping is the minimal as we expect to have clean beds and clean toilets after long day outgoing. This is quite a disappointment.

Very bad service of all officer on duty. My room finally was cleaned up after I asked for 3 times (1 day 1 time).

Stay several times but one night without TV cause no TV remote even I did ask several times, its arrived next day eventually but it doesn't work, the guy who bring TV remote has no idea how to operate it. I love this hotel for great location anyway.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, with many restaurants and shopping area right on your doorstep. The hotel services, however, need to be improved. Lack of staffs at the reception resulting in long queue; Completely empty bodywash in the bathroom upon check in. While room phone was not working (making it troublesome to contact reception to ask for refill), long wait for housekeeping to come.

The room is a bit small, but the place is convenient to travel around city.

Room is spacious for 3 people. We stay for 6 days, however, the room was not cleaned everyday. We have to asked the cleaning service for cleaning. But in general, the place is good. Very close to the city center.

The hotel is in Chinatown area, convenient to travel, can walk to go shopping in nearby areas. and many restaurants to choose from Restaurants close late until 10:00 p.m.

The location of this hotel is very strategic, close to the tram, mall, places to eat and also the Woolies supermarket. The rooms are quite large and not cramped. Unfortunately housekeeping only cleans the rooms once in 3 days, towels and glasses will not be replaced if asked to the front desk. Apart from that, because it is only cleaned every 3 days, the rubbish in the room will not be picked up so it piles up.

The location and location of the Mercure hotel is very good because it is close to everywhere, close to the tram and also shopping places. สถานที่ตั้งดีมาก กลางเมือง เดินออกมาก็เจอห้างเลย ร้านอาหารมากมาย รถแทรมด้านหน้า แต่. เราจองห้อง 3 คน 4 คืน รอเตียงเสริมมาจัดวางนาน ต้องแจ้งถึง 2 รอบ (แม่บ้านน่าจะไม่พอ) ไม่มาทำความสะอาดห้อง ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดเท้า ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวทุกวันนะ ลงไปแจ้ง เจ้าหน้าที่ เค้าบอกว่า ทำความสะอาดเปลี่ยนผ้า 3 วัน/ครั้ง 😖😣

The hotel is in the center of the crowd, so it's close to everywhere.

Great location. Central to everything in the city. Friendly helpful staff on the front desk. Room was clean and nice. Little smaller than it looked in the photos but we didn't get a hotel in the city to hang out in our room. Bed was comfortable. Great value per night, internet was a little patchy in a area of the hotel. (Room 249) Would stay again next time I come to the city. Thank you

Location is great .. right in the middle of City, just beside China Town ... Easy to find food ... only down side, for 7 days, breakfast are always the same ...
