The hotel is in a great part of Lima, but it is quite rundown and many of the floors have rooms and hallways that smell like mildew. Also, the breakfast is perfectly fine and it has been improved if you get there at 7 o’clock in the morning, but anything after 8:30 or 9 AM and you will find that most of the food is gone and there is not much choice.

I think this hotel was very nice in its day. However it does need some tlc. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy ….. and it has a very musty smell probably because it is so humid there. The cabinet door which was not actually a door as it fell off when I touched it. I guess from people always trying to open it…… The location was perfect and the staff were outstanding. The Lounge/restaurant was nice and had pretty good food. I would recommend still , we had a good stay

Property is located at very convenient location from beautiful Larcomar and close to Kennedy Parque. Staff is excellent and family friendly. They arranged to go breakfast very early morning for 4 am bus tour to Paracas and Oasis Desert Huacachina.

Staff were attentive and responded to our requests quickly. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. An espresso machine is standard in Europe but here you have to pay. Several Basra and nightclubs are close by so during football games it can get a bit noisy.
