The location was fantastic and the room, even-though dated, was super clean, quiet and A/C worked well.
We were four and had two very comfortable queen beds.
The hotel staff was courteous and helpful and check-in/check out process quick. Definitively would recommend it and and stay here again.

The property is in need of a complete remake, as it is tired and dated, especially the bedrooms. Even the bathroom towels were old and hard. There was noise coming from the adjoining rooms during the night, which disturbed my sleep. The staff were pleasant though and the 21st floor restaurant and bar was comfortable, with nice views of the city.

Excellent location in the heart of the Miraflores tourist area. Breakfast buffet was varied, my daughters really enjoyed the waffle station.

The people were very nice, especially those of the restaurant. Thank you Maximo for the wonderful restaurant recommendations. The room is very spacious and in a great Mira Flores location The main issue and reason for only 3 stars was the subtle odor of the room, that of a backed up toilet. We made the front desk aware the first evening, even asked for air freshener the next day from house keeping but did not receive. It is possible all rooms have this odor, i don’t know, but it was bad enough to not unpack clothes in fear of smelling like that all day. Three days and the odor was present each day. It is possible all rooms smell the same as the front desk did not seem very concerned or offer any changes. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are one who lost your sense of smell due to COVID, but if that is not the case then I would advise against it.
