Modern clean comfortable. Overlooking the falls. Restaurant a bit pricy

Toilet kept running. Asked to have it fixed and problem just kept reoccurring. Otherwise polite staff and helpful valet staff.

Very good stay

Absolutely beautiful hotel service and truly enjoyed our stay. Beyond clean atmosphere from the moment we walked in the door even the public washrooms were immaculate. Will definitely come again

Room was so untidy and someone used the toilet and throw the toilet paper in between the towels ., very very poor service

I booked for a room above 16th floor and our room on the 17th floor had a jaw-dropping view. However, it had a air blower in the bathroom. On inquiry, staff at the front desk mentioned that it was to help circulate air and the room has no problem, which didn't turn out to be the case. The bathroom had leaky floor, water was seeping up as one stepped on couple of tiles. The staff was helpful but wasn't great. I told them about the problem and they said they would look into it by the time I come back. When I returned, I asked and they said the technician took a look but the person didn't know what was the problem. I went back to the room only to find the blower again and this time the floor was wiped clean but the leak was still there. Went back to the front desk to show the video I took of the problem. They gave me a larger room on the 12th floor which did not have a good view (obstructed) and we really have no need for a larger room. The staff was selling it as though they were doing us a favor, which wasn't the case.

This hotel is amazing and it is closed to the falls and also only 7mins drive or 25 mins walks to the downtown food area. The only thing is you have to spend $65+ tax but it was the Velete park. It is fast to get your car if u need. I suggest if u want to save that money you can park the public parking near 15 mins walk. It cost only $8.35 for 10 hrs park and $10 for 12 hrs park. In general this hotel is insane and their falls view is crazy

The Marriott brand is one that I count on for travel. This hotel was an example of my trust in Marriott. It was clean and in close proximity to many tourist opportunities.

Had a falls view room which was beautiful. Hotel is clean and well maintained. We had a small issue with the AC not working in our room however maintenance was able to fix it within a few minutes. Perfect location on this end of Niagara. Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel lobby was spacious, with a Starbucks and a gift shop. Guests can sit at the big window, enjoy their coffee, and take in a beautiful view of the Falls. Our room was comfortable, and the view from our window was stunning. The only issue was that the room was only partially stocked with 1 toiletry. I also saw a housekeeper on the elevator with guest slippers on his cart. When I asked if slippers were a hotel amenity, he said yes. However, we hadn’t received any in our room. I wasn’t sure if they were only provided in certain rooms, and he wasn’t clear on this. Parking could be improved. Even if you don’t use the valet service and choose to park a few minutes away, the hotel still charges you for parking — so inconvenient. One of the best parts is how close the hotel is to the casino and various restaurants. Overall, I’d recommend it!
