Great view

Our Marriott stay was better than a 4 but not quite a 5. Get a room on the 21st floor because the view from our room of the Falls was excellent plus you have an excellent view of the 10PM fireworks. Our room was 2122.The fireworks may only be 5 minutes but they are really good. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The bridge from the Marriott to the cross the road was closed which made it a little more dangerous to head over to the Falls upper viewing area. Bring your good walking shoes. $70 a day for valet parking. $50 a day if you park yourself but the parking is 1.5 blocks away. OK if the weather is good but a hassle to cross the busy street on Stanley. The vending machines are a ripoff so swing by Walmart before arriving at the motel. Most didn't work and when you punched water, it gave your rootbeer. Ice machines are on the even floors. We didn't eat their because of prices.

Excellent place very clean

Actually the property was very well kept however, there was a thunderstorm and unfortunately it took the lights out for the night and the entire next day we had no hot water no lights no television nothing. Everything was reserved and paid in full through a third party which is Expedia we have not been able to get a reimbursement for 1 day from Expedia.

The view is good but can’t see the firework at night Also no tissue paper in the bathroom at all

Room #1625: The view to the falls is absolutely stunning! You can see both the USA side and the horseshoe side so clearly, and on a clear day, you might even catch a rainbow.

Only thing I didn’t like was the tv’s couldn’t load Netflix’s and other streaming apps.

The stay at the hotel was beautiful with the view of Niagara falls. Overall with this stay in a hotel would expect to have some water. Besides getting it yourself, the room was a little dirty by the light switches. Was black dirt not clean well but overall I really did enjoy. The staff and workers were really friendly and helpful.

Only the view to the fall was awesome from the room for which high premium was already paid. The high non tax related fees and surcharges were unexpected.

The view was excellent and location was great. Very accessible to public transportation. Can’t beat the view of Niagra Falls. The fitness room was blah. Not many options there. Other than that we had a great stay!

Stunning view of Niagara Falls

We stayed at Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa and had a very good experience overall. Julia at the reception was really nice and helpful. She checked us in for our three rooms and tried her best to give us rooms close to each other, which we really appreciated. The rooms were very good, and all of them had beautiful waterfall views. The only downside was the waiting line at reception. They seemed to have only one or two counters open out of four, possibly because they were training new employees, as we noticed two staff members at each open counter. The valet team was excellent. The guys were very nice, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay, especially because of the rooms, the views, and the helpful staff.

We enjoyed our stay - with every room having a view of the falls, you can't go wrong. The staff was friendly, but our check-in clerk forgot to give us the ticket to put on our car dash to show we had paid for parking. We had to ask after seeing something in the room about the parking rules. We then had to walk quite a way in the heat to place the ticket on the dash to avoid a tow or other consequence. The hotel has many amenities and is located close to all the things. We would recommend staying here - just ask for your proof of parking!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely unforgettable, primarily because the window offered a breathtaking, unobstructed, and direct view of the magnificent Niagara Falls—truly the best vantage point in the city!

The room had an excellent view over the falls and overall it was a great experience. We’ll come back.

Great view of the fall

Arrived earlier and the hotel had no power. Returned 4 hours later and only had partial power with lines out the building. I was able to connect Expedia and cancel my stay before reaching the front of the line.
