We paid for a Niagara Falls view for a double queens room. The beds were very comfortable. The view was excellent with unobstructed view of all 3 falls. And watched the fireworks from our room evry night at 10pm. The staffs were very friendly and professional.

We had a great stay at Marriott. Beautiful view of the Falls. Great location. Room is clean, comfortable bed, and soft towels. Room is big enough that can fit an extra chair or a loveseat. Bathroom is great but just needs soft toilet tissue paper.

The floors where coming out and mould under the bathroom. Talk to management they didnt care. I say i will write a negative review and they didnt care.
I pay $300 a day so i wasnt cheap

I booked an executive suite with 2 queen beds for 2 nights. When checking in, the room I was given was on the 6th floor, views blocked by the trees. The staff told me the other option would be a room with a king bed and sofa bed on a higher floor with a view. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, old and worn out. Made the nights long and uncomfortable.

Booked a falls view room, so the view from room was fantastic as was the room itself, only downside was the noisy fridge, no kettle and no complimentary water in fridge. The bar is expensive nearly 20 dollars for a single Jim Beam and only served beer in pints, no halfs.

This property was in the perfect place to view the falls. However, we got an executive suite….you pay more for a little extra seating area with a couch bed; and for this reason I don’t think it should be on a floor lower than 10. We were set on floor 6. Trees blocked most of our view to the falls. It was a bit underwhelming. I was disappointed. I suppose I should have asked for a high room at check in, so make sure you do.
The pull out couch bed was crumbs and a bug on it (not a bed bug, just a little black scavenger bug.) We had to call to have them come change the sheets. There was also a Silverfish bug in the bathroom. This place needs to spray for bugs more.
Otherwise, the rooms were a little outdated and the room amenities were meh. It wouldn’t kill them to update the bathroom shower head. It needs a removable shower wand, at least.
We ordered room service. It was from Morton’s Steakhouse. It doesn’t say that in the room service menu, but when comparing it to Morton’s menu, it was the same stuff, just less options for room service. Very good. A little pricy. Get that crème brûlée!!!
