Nice location, perfect for us, the ambience also nice. Its our 2nd time to stay at NH hotel

Come back for the 4th time here because of the convenient experience. Consider of a good location, spacious room, clean room, a very welcoming and friendly staff where you can ask about everything about Utrecht. Also the hotel can keep our luggage for a/few days if you want to go to another city. Recommend!

Third time here. Very close to Utrecht central station and tram in front of the hotel. It 's also near Lombok area where you can find mosque, AH supermarket, Kruidvat, and halal restaurants. 3 minutes walk to Hoog Catharijne mall, 5-10 minutes walk to canal and dom tower. The room pretty spacious, with ac that can be controlled, mini fridge, and comfortable bed. The shower area pretty small but overall okay. The same as the picture. Recommended!

Hotels close to malls. Just cross. Behind the mall are also lots of snacks, small restaurants. The hotel is small. Management is a bit chaotic and there is no apology either. You give the key, you know there's someone in it. The room key card also goes back and forth. Only in the hotel lobby is the free hot chocolate available, you can drink it, it's really delicious. There is also orange infused water. Breakfast is also sometimes free without guards. Neat clean tidy. 4-star hotel, but don't compare it to star-rated hotels in Indonesia, because the hotels there are really cute. If you want to go to Utrecht, that hotel is not bad.
