Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay

From check in to check out. Our stay was amazing. We got an upgraded room at check in, which was very nice. I felt very safe having to use my key card to swipe into the elevator. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was an added 10$ which is cheaper than other hotels in the area. Easy walk to Roger’s place (15mins) Overall, will definitely stay again.

the front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. the breakfast was very convenient for on the go.

Everything was as expected at the property. The location is not really close to the main attractions downtown but walking to them was not difficult.

Coffee maker and shower head were dirty. A pillow smelled like armpit. Other than that, everything else was decent.

This hotel is very unkept and the common areas are very dirty. Rooms were somewhat clean and staff were pleasant otherwise I would not recommend

Stayed one night when we attended a concert at Roger’s place. Walking distance to the arena. Staff was friendly. Our room was definitely on the older side - our window, curtain and the wall was definitely in need of attention but otherwise the room was fine for our purpose. Comfy bed and pillows. Hairdryer unfortunately did not work. Breakfast wasn’t the best (eggs bacon were not appetizing and hash browns overcooked ) but it was ok. I

Quick over night stay for a Dr appointment. We got upgraded at no extra cost ( no idea why, just happened). staff was great, room was clean, continental breakfast was good.

Layvoutbis good...hotel is older now and it may need some TLC soon but it was clean and meet the purpdor of having a peaceful night. Front desk was helpful and I appreciate their effort to make the stay as comfortable as they could.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean but showing some age. The bar attached was a blast.

Location easy access to transportation Fridge and microwave in room

Best part was location . Did not like the fact you have to pay for parking.
