The room was large and clean, however some upkeep was needed (ie peeling wallpaper, water stains, cracked tiles, etc). The noise in the hallway from other guests was problematic, though, The walls are thin, and the talking and laughter and general noise in the hallway was an issue for us. An electric car charging station in the parking lot would also be a bonus.

Our room was old, aged, and everything was in poor condition for what we paid.

This hotel was in a good location. Our room was clean. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety.

room was dirty. the fridge did not work, lighting was dark, and there was no conditioner. the front desk clerk at check in was rude. the only window faces the indoor pool and other rooms so they were kept shut for privacy. the only positive is that it was quiet. the pictures on the site are deceiving.

Be prepared to pay for parking, the website says parking is available, and I also called to see if it was complementary, however, upon arrival they charged us extra $ for parking. Not the end of the world, just would have been nice to know and would recommend that they update their amenities to 'paid parking available'

small beds, staff was fine, hotel is in poor condition and it’s weird/creepy to have rooms facing the indoor pool

Likely the dirtiest bathroom I've ever been in at a hotel. Used washcloths were still hanging on the shower curtain bar. Used soap or at least a little bit of it was still on the shelf in the shower. Of I don't know if there was boogers on the wall or if it was puke residue in the bathroom, but there's definitely something that came out of someone's body, hardened to the wall. The beds... As my kid would say" they should have called this place the uncomfortable inn". Honestly they weren't horrible but they were far from great. Quite a large mini fridge in the room, but the cooling coils for the freezer must have had an inch ice on them so so doesn't look like it's been defrosted or turned off a year. So I would think that it doesn't see too regular of cleanings. Elevator didn't work to go up or down for most of the evening and overnight, many of us returning from the Oilers game were unable to get to our rooms since there is no stair access that hotel guests can take. Front desk had a sign on it for the better part of an hour saying, be right back. A few of us went walking around looking for anyone to help get us to our rooms and we grabbed the walkie-talkies and tried to communicate with whoever had it on the other end but no one answered. We phoned and no one answered. I believe they were trying to figure out the elevator situation but between 6 and 10 of us were left. Wondering if we were ever going to get to go to sleep.

Bedroom had no way to change the temperature. Sink drain was broken. TV was unplugged from wall. I froze during my sleep

Happily surprised! Found the bed very comfortable and linens very clean and white. Younger European man at desk at check in and lovely Indian lady on checkout were very courteous. Would stay again.
