Roof top pool was amazing. Our view was gorgeous from our room. This is the only hotel I stay at when I travel to Niagara Falls.

Neat and clean

The bathtub was clogged the whole Time we were there. Water would Not go down. Parking and breakfast was expensive. Waterpark attached to the property wasnt that great and a rip off. Great wolf lodge is way better.

Very clean and comfortable with great views

Sheraton hotel was very comfortable and clean with amazing views of the Niagara Falls. Food at the buffet and restaurant was outstanding. Service was not the best. We had to wait for valet and bus service for so long. Even though they claim its valet we were still parking at the ground floor ourself unless you have 1 hour prior to going in and out. Same with luggage. Front desk not super helpful with assisting with anything really. Overall was okay

So much there to do hotel is connected to so much .indoor water park casino like 6 restaurants game room for kids highly recommend

Parking attendants were very helpful, we did the self parking.

I paid for a room with a view but our room had no view. They did not correct the mistake.

There no AC in our room. We ended up open the window.

Clean room

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend if you wanted room service to give enough time because sometimes it takes longer. We ended up going to the spa and Swedish massage was amazing. Using the steam room and the sauna was a great bonus. We went to the Fallsview buffet in the hotel, and it was really great. We ended up going more than once and kind of wish that they had different options each day but still all delicious.

Great location and views. Climate control in the room was lacking, elevators were frustrating at peak times, and the amenities come at a steep price, but otherwise a good stay.

Great location!

Asked for a room upgrade, cost was reasonable. Hotel is in the perfect location. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Hotel room was awesome, couldn't have asked for anything else. Really enjoyed our trip.
