The hotel’s location is perfect, but the room on the top floor is very noisy — it seems there’s some kind of machinery running on the roof continuously.

Fabulous views, beautiful hotel, excellent food. however, no room service (you can order from the restaurant and pick it up)

The view was impressive; and the hotel is clean and very comfortable. The staff was very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The location is perfect - close to downtown shops and restaurants. I wish we stayed longer in this hotel.

Not worth the price

The location was 10/10 The room had the weirdest smell that did not subside (old sewer water smell) and was not worth the price of the stay in our opinion. The hotel and all surrounding hotels were fully booked during our stay or we would have requested a different room/ booked elsewhere. The location was walkable, lobby was gorgeous and on-site restaurants were fantastic. Truly our own negative feedback was the room itself was underwhelming/ felt like an old motel not a $400+/ night hotel stay. If the hotel improved their room quality/ cleanliness- it would be a 10/10 property

The hotel was beautiful. We really liked our loft and spaciousness of the room. Overall, had a great experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff … excellent location … the rooms need some love though. Odd layouts, doors that wouldn’t close properly, chipped paint and a deep clean would be amazing

The room was just very small for the price and condition was not very clean . Did not have hot water at 11pm for shower .

This hotel is very clean, under ground parking , coin laundromat and stuff is very friendly. Right across the street is a bus stop and the grocery store is to the right very convenient.
