Fantastic location. Disappointed that there is no microwave in room

Location is very convenient. Close to downtown and on the side is sobeys IGA. Room is spacious and quiet. Could use a better pillows.

Very close to Banff town centre. Rooms a great size and underground parking.

The restaurant was great, staff was very helpful, ski storage and shuttle service were convenient.

We enjoyed our stay here, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The heater in the room made a lot of loud noises (loud bangs every few minutes) which made it irritating while trying to sleep, but otherwise everything was great!

Very good restaurant with assorted options. Rooms are large and bright. Modern look respecting building's history.

The hotel needs renovations

Clean room, friendly staff, overall great experience

The room was okay, when we arrived there were hair on the bed that we had to remove. Both inside and outside the blanket. Really weird to not have a latch lock by the door for additional safety, as well as no safety box. The restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel were great though!

A couple of annoyances: heat would not go above 21 in the room no matter what the setting on the minisplit (felt more like 18/19) and the bathroom was looking tired and had zero ventilation.

Coffee system broken, bathroom fan so weak, cleared nothing, only 1 chair in large room, one guest had to sit on bed
