Clean, great staff and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for our vacation. I would recommend this location.

I sent the hotel a message asking for a tub in our room as my husband has a medical condition and needs a tub. They said we'd get one which we did. When he went to use it in the morning and he went to pull down the stopper, the entire thing came out. The stopper did not work at all and though my husband tried to use facecloths, the water kept emptying out so he couldn't really use the tub. I'm assuming they cleaned the tub so not sure how this wasn't discovered. A little disturbing. The pool outside was very tired, definitely needs and overhaul and not very clean. Also the breakfast was just mediocre. This room was definitely not work the $323 we paid for it. We'd never stay here again.

Will not stay at this property again. There were bus tours that overwhelmed the stairs.elevaror and especially the poorly maintained dining room / sports bar. This property has seriously gone down since it was HI. VERY DISAPPOINTED/ RIPPED OFF.SHAME ON YOU BW!! WE TRAVEL OVER 60 DAYS A YEAR IN MANY COUNTRIES.

Clean hotel and very helpful staff. Hotel is great if you’re looking to relax by an outdoor pool.

The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are excellent and well maintained.

We stayed here for a convention and they were very welcoming. The restaurant was great

Definitely need fans to remove some of the moisture in our room when it is very hot outside. Our hanging clothes actually were damp. Food was good. Room was clean and staff were friendly...

Au check in: erreur sur notre numéro de chambre. On a nous a donné les cartes d'accès d'une autre chambre. Une fois dedans nous avons vu les affaires des occupants et nous avons compris et nous sommes ressortis. On nous a donné une autre chambre. Dès que je suis rentrée j'ai marché sur un os de poulet. Or la chambre était sensée être nettoyée et propre. L'employé de l'hôtel qui nous accompagnait à ramassé l'os de poulet et s'est excusé. Ensuite la chambre avait une vue donnant sur la toiture d'une salle de machine avec de l'eau stagnante. Ce pourquoi je n'ai pas payé; mais j'étais fatiguée et mes enfants n'en pouvaient plus. J' ai donc passé la nuit dans cette chambre pour éviter un 2e déplacement. Mes enfants avaient peur et nous demandaient à chaque instant si une personne pouvait aussi ouvrir notre chambre comme nous on avait fait pour la 1ere chambre qui ne nous appartenait pas. Le lendemain je suis retournée a l'accueil pour expliquer la situation. Le monsieur dans un premier temps n'a pas voulu nous donner une autre chambre. Il nous demande de patienter jusqu'à ce qu'une autre chambre se libère. J' ai poliment mais fermement dû insister pour qu'on nous mette dans une chambre correspondant à la description achetée. Ce n'est qu'en ce moment qu'' il nous trouve une chambre correspondant. Je trouve anormal de devoir insister pour cela. Concernant l'état de propreté générale, c' est vraiment décevant et sale par endroits. Les installations sont aussi vétustes.

Breakfast offered a good selection of options such as scrambled eggs and bacon or sausages, waffles and cold cereal. There was a restaurant on the hotel premises that offered a good selection of entrees. There also, was an indoor pool.

The staff at check in and check out where very friendly and polite.are room was clean and tidy,The breakfast was delicious me and my wife enjoyed every bit.

The property needs some renovations, we had a balcony but was in such disrepair we could not use it,breakfast was okay, staff at front desk were friendly,room was clean.

Room was ok. Could use and update. The buffet breakfast was just ok, long wait for coffee and the buffet was not stocked. Many people having to wait for the trays to be refilled. Felt like they were understaffed in the kitchen/buffet area. Not much selection for breakfast. Wouldn't stay again.

There were 2 separate sinks in the bathroom area which was very convenient. Breakfast was included which was an assortment of hot and cold items.

Well maintained and staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

It's a great hotel with everything you need. It's clean and comfortable. It included a lovely hot full breakfast. It's also close to the Collections Outlet, Niagara on the Lake, and the Lake House restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful, very welcoming. I stayed many years ago a few times and decided to come back this year, so happy I did!. The hotel looks like it has renovated.
