The hotel was nice but I give them 3 stars because the valet parking left a lot of ice in the temperature knob in the car and then with salt inside the knob was making sounds. The other knob of fan speed of course was clean and did not have the same squaky sound with crap inside of it. He should have taken the gloves of to move the temperature, it was all dirty and cover in snow on the control zone because of this. No I will not trust that valet parking guy again with any car because of the lack of care. That never happened before to be honest.

Very beautiful, unique in style hotel with bice latge spacious rooms, with the best pet and parking policy avaliable. No vending mavhines but they had water bottles downstaors, the staff was so nice, helpful and courteous, they also had valet parking dor a fair price! Definitely recommend, close to everything within qalking distance the bell centre we walkined to a a hockey game, and the undergound city as well, it was awesome!

Dust caked on the walls behind the front door Tiles coming up in the shower Shower head, and knob not fastened to the wall Water damage on ceiling in shower, as well as entry (wall behind the shower) Crackfill/patch unfinished in ceiling Bathroom fan spins 24/7 even when not on Takes ages for hot water to reach shower $2 to use a Keurig... seems outrageous for coffee everyone else gives for free. Not enough parking, which is problematic in downtown Montreal

I had made two separate reservations for two rooms from 1-3 Jan and 3-6 Jan2026. However, I cancelled the second room today and cut short the stay and checked out on the 03Jan. the concierge staff was rude and defensive. This was pathetic to say the least. She could not locate the two separate reservations and blaming the customer. She should not be at the reception. Also the put door freezing parking is 40 CAD/day which is a bit much. So overall the Hotel was not that good.

I’m not usually someone who leaves negative reviews, and I always try to focus on the positives, but unfortunately this experience warrants honest feedback. Our stay was from December 27th to January 3rd, and the on-site restaurant was closed for almost the entire duration. We were told this was due to the holidays, but as a hotel—especially one that advertises on-site dining—this was very inconvenient. I specifically booked this property for its location and the restaurant, and not having access to it made our stay more difficult. I couldn’t even get a simple cup of tea. Additionally, the hotel is in need of upgrades and does not reflect the photos shown online. It does not meet the standard of a four-star hotel—perhaps it did in the past, but not currently. That said, the staff were kind and pleasant, and we made the best of our stay. However, due to these issues, we would not choose to stay here again.

Very nice hotel with great service.

The location is really excellent ( walking distance to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transportation ). The staff is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are big. Some rooms are more worn down than others. My only complaint is that room service is non-existent ( they came once in 6 days ).
