Central Downtown location. Rooms could use a coat of paint but other than that it was perfect for my needs

Everything was great. Only issue was when the ac came on in the room is was very loud. Woke me up everytime it came on

really nice room, great bed, clean every day with fresh sheets. Good location right on Sherbrooke for easy access to most of downtown Montreal.

Perfect accommodations for us. Easy to walk to places. Valet parking, friendly, cordial staff, quiet, comfortable hotel.

Hotel & restaurant staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Our room was quiet and cleaned daily and the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, our stay was a pleasant one and we will be back. I highly recommend this hotel! Parking may have been difficult if it had not been for the valet service they offer. The cost of this is $40 per day.

Staff was very friendly. Skipped breakfast at hotel for various choices for food just a few blocks away. Market on same block and pharmacy on next. Metro station at end of block.

Toilet didn’t flush properly, and room was a little rundown

Perfect location. Staff are friendly. Clean and quiet. Coffee and water refilled daily. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend others

We left immediately, this was a very bad experience for many reasons–room cleanliness and check in in particular.

Very disappointed. Certainly expected better. Room wasn’t as booked. They wouldn’t honour our discount because of booking through third party. Lights burnt out. Without any exaggeration, it took over 20 minutes to get hot water to the shower. A lot of superficial damage. Throw-up all over sidewalk at entry. They moved us to another room but charged us more. Hotel is obviously in trouble. Won’t stay there or use Hotels.com again.

Room and hotel were very nice. Only downside was the bathroom. After a long travel day I just wanted to take a nice shower. The water was running and very cold, so I called down to the front desk and was told, "with my particular room type, the water has to run for 10 minutes." That would be okay, if the drain worked properly, but unfortunately it was backed up. This meant I either had to use the hose, or shower in drain water. Otherwise the trip was amazing!

Room was nice enough, a little small maybe but all I needed a bed so...

The SENS hotel is a clean and well staffed and courteous staff. There is a bar however it seems to close early and was primarily empty while I was there. Restaurant that was open for breakfast and later in the day for dinner which is also empty. This may be a result of Montreal being a restaurant town and folks not wanting to stay in for meals. It was cost-effective and the staff was courteous. If you're looking for a functional hotel that allows you a home base while staying in Montreal this is a place I would recommend to stay.

Room and bathroom was good.. door was rotting on bathroom. Parking was not that easy

first rate all around, our 3rd stay here. Excellent restaurant.
