My sister and I stayed for two nights over the Easter weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We did need to call reception to ask them to contact the room next to us, as the guests were quite loud, and the matter was dealt with promptly. The spa and swimming pool were excellent and enjoyed a massage! Breakfast was served buffet-style, with a great variety of choices.

Great hotel great staff and really nice for a family stay or as we did a stop over before hitting Europe. And a really good showe!

Pros: Parking and location. Cons: Rooms and corridors need renovation. Heating was terrible with draft coming from "Off" AC, and radiator in adequate. Hairs and generally dirty bathroom, hadn't been cleaned. Really cheap toilet paper - had to fold about 6 time to stop it disintegrating!

Used to be amazing, but is starting to tire. Rooms are modern. But towels were stained, and carpets needed more hovering. Breakfast was cold

Everything was perfect in our stay room was clean and nice all the amenities were good was a shamed that the hot tub wasn’t operating in our stay

The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked . Staff were helpful with veggie options and we had freshly cooked sausages! I can really recommend staying here . Thank you Jane

Room was clean however, next to road so rather noisy, good job i had ear plugs. Adjoining room tv very loud at 6am this morning! Had to wait 60 mins for food in restuarant, staff good

Sauna and jacuzzi were closed which we weren’t informed of on Expedia when booking. Noisy building work ongoing

Lovely room, good sleep and good amenities

Staff seemed courteous. Rooms were to the expectations. The Sauna and Jacuzzi were not working which was a shame. But over, happy with our stay.

Clean room

Easy check-in, convenient parking, and a clean room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Room felt cold despite the thermostat being set to 24°C, including the bed and bedding.

We stayed recently here and I have to say, I do believe the room rate is a little high for what you get. The check in was ok but we were told there and then that the jacuzzi and sauna were broken. No pre warning before our stay so we could decide whether to come or not. The Manager initial said this was removed from the website but I kindly advised “who looks at a hotel website after a booking?” He was kind enough to reduce the rate but still looking at the pool, it felt a little unclean and basic and again reiterate the value of the stay. There was no where for us to sit by the pool, it’s very minimal and first come first serve basis - likely you will be disappointed. The lounge bar is a little on the expensive side and the food was ok, we ordered the nachos but they both came out very different in size. We had a twin room which was basic. The tiles were broken in the bathroom with mould along the sealant of the bath. The beds were on the hard side and felt a little like sleeping on an old springboard. We did have dinner in the restaurant and I have to say, it was the food and staff in this room that prevented a complaint. We had the stuffed chicken which was absolutely delicious. We were served by two lovely waitresses in a very fast manner and were checked on a couple of times which was perfect. We chose to leave the restaurant early due to a large party being very loud, but we were allowed to take our drinks to our rooms. I’m not sure we’ll return sadly.
