Check in was a disappointing wait. 15 minutes in a queue as there was only 1 person working. The hotel looks tired and the carpets need a clean. The signage was lacking, far too small and had people walking round in a daze not sure if their room was up or down. Overall it was fine, but certainly not worth what I paid for.

Lovely hotel comfy bed breakfast excellent staff very friendly the only downside was no fridge in room and this weather would of been good to put the water in and no glasses or plastic cups for in the bathroom had to use coffee cup but otherwise brilliant hotel

We found the staff to be very helpful and attentive during our stay. The room itself was clean, although somewhat dated in appearance. The main issue was that the air conditioning was not functioning, and the portable unit supplied as an alternative didn’t work particularly well. Despite this, we had an enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast the next morning was of a good standard.

Good hotel. Really good breakfast, lots of choice. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Only annoying thing was that children could not use the pool until 9am. I understand why however we wanted a swim before breakfast so couldn’t do this as a family as we were heading off at 9.
