Very nice stay! pool was warm and the kids had a blast swimming while it was cold outside and warm inside

Well maintained place, hot tub and pool amenities. Its a plus for the free bus pass

Lots of underground parking nice pool and hot tub. We had a jacuzzi suite and it was beautiful. Staff were very pleasent.

Breakfast area closed

The hot tub was excellent with beautiful views of the snow falling outside parking was great as well under ground heated parking so I didn’t have to worry about warming the car up in the morning

It was a good place to stay for the night.

Spacious rooms. We loved the pool and hot tub. The hotel was also right beside a playground and skating rink.

The staff were friendly, room was nice and clean, plenty of parking spots available and the hotel was very close to several restaurants and the downtown shopping area of Banff.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful people, great pool snd hot tub, free roam pass, soundproof, was very quiet at night!

Check in was fast and the front desk staff were very polite. Parking was great and the hotel was very accommodating for families.

Clean and comfortable room. Convenient free covered parking. Walkable to downtown for dinner within 20 mins. We did not use pool or hot tub. I wish they had a filtered water fountain - they only had a cooler with tiny cups in the lobby and gym.

Pool was nice and area not too busy location wise.
