Spacious room, comfortable bed, an older hotel but appears very well kept. Nice to have a hot tub and pool. Nice to have free, heated underground parking. And very nice to have the complementary ski bus pick ups very close by. I would stay here again.

Room condition was clean with only a few minor repair issues barely noticeable and due to aging. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. Hot tub was clean and not too "chemical," but jets did not work with much force. Good exercise room. Located right on Banff Ave. with free bus pass. Underground, heated parking and storage lockers for skis. Only complaint is that all the pillows were very thick with no thinner alternatives.

This hotel is clean, adequate, and in a good location. The included underground parking is nice too. For the price we paid ($123 CAD per night), we were happy enough. However, the property has definitely seen better days (seems like it may have been quite a nice hotel when it first opened!) and has some strange quirks. For example, the window of our room did not look outdoors but rather into the indoor pool area. Had we been staying longer or spending more time in the room, we would’ve been more frustrated.

Bed was comfortable, good service, clean…the place is dated though, and no restaurant. I never made it to the pool or hot tub so no info on their condition. Compared to other properties that far away from the Main Street, it definitely should be cheaper.
