Clean neat and well organized!

Bad AC dirty room poor breakfast

I am a senior with walking difficulties and did not realize there was no elevator. Their breakfast was awful. Ran out of milk for cereal, juice tasted bad and bread for toast was dry-only good for stuffing a turkey. The air conditioner looked like it had never had the grate lifted and cleaned. I was not impressed.

This place has seen some upgrades in the bathroom, which was done with poor craftsnanship. We stayed here for 4 days, and they refused at first to do the room service, as they do it only every third day. I had to have some clear german conversation with them and then it worked. The rooms need some upgrades and the chairs total replacement. At least the rooms towards the back were quiet. The filters in the airconditions need to be changed as the rooms have a certain smell to them. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced, the cofee terrible.

Basic accommodation. No elevator to the second floor. Self serve Breakfast very basic, no eggs or sausage/bacon. Breakfast could be improved with some bread other than white and labeled cereal type. Staff was excellent. Nice clean rooms. Good location. Across from McDonald's fast food and a short walk to a good Canadian restaurant. Right beside a gas station.

No elevator and the room had a musty odour.

The room was clean enough. The carpets and bathroom walls had stains. Old, worn furniture. Some small upgrades in the bathroom. The Superstart breakfast consisted of bread, two types id cereal and yogurt. Not at all helpful for anyone with dietary restrictions.

The property was inception. The loo y was dirty and electronic device on front door was hanging of the doorframe damaged. Asked to see the room and it was filthy and totally out dated, curtains where just sort of on the curtain rod. We did not check in, but still were charged for the full amount. Still trying to get it resolved through Expedia. The hotel down the street is a much better deal.

The hotel was very dirty. Stains on the carpets and chairs. The towels were not clean and the room smelled musty. I would not stay here again!!

Good for a stay while transiting to Vancouver.

The continental breakfast stered late. As it is summer months and people usually stay the night in-between leaving to further destination, it would be much more beneficial to have it start at say 6 am instead of 7am. We had to leave by 715am but the coffee and snacks were not ready in time to enjoy the option.. also there were 3 of us in the room and only stocked for one tiny conditioner and shampoo and only one soap bar to share between the shower and the sink washroom. Maybe stock more of these items if expecting more that one guest? Place was clean though and having the AC and fridge in the room was great

The beds were clean but the carpets and furniture were badly stained. There was an old smell about the place. The wall by the bed was very dirty and the bathroom door was splitting apart. Breakfast was adequate but very sparse. Only one kind of fruit and only white bread and sugary cereal and yogurt were offered.

Clean room, really comfortable bed, breakfast was simple and okay. Coffee was good. Really enjoyed walking around the wharf and Mr. Mike's is where to go for dinner.

It was all good enjoyed my stay will do it again

The room smelled musty. It was no smoking but the smell of weed was pretty potent the first night

Was alright, nice and quiet, bed and pillows were OK. For length of time we were there, it was ok.

Broken bathroom fan, disgusting carpets, broken security latch on the door, the staff wouldn't adjust our accommodation a night shorter and then hung a no vacancy sign on the front door.

No returning

It was the least expensive in the area.
