How many years that hot tub going to be getting built?

We will never stay here again. First time we have ever come home from Myrtle Beach with bugs in our suitcases!!!

Room was on first floor asked to be switched to a higher level was told no. Bathroom bathtub was dirty had to buy a shower mat to place in bathtub because of the stains in the tub did not want to have my feet touching the tub. You had to bring your dirty towels to the front and they counted them before they gave you new ones. The door to balcony had a rod that hung off and was not safe. Very noisy. Stay was suppose to be Sunday to Friday we checked out Wednesday could not take it anymore wish I could include pictures that I took . Also you had to use a long number code just to open your door which was ridiculous usually hotels give you the door card key to open the door was also nervous that we would get bed bugs for staying there.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast at Magnolias and renting the movies! That was a really cool bonus!

Need to have more than 2 parking passes with multiple rooms/beds. Had to park off site as 3 of us from different states only had 2 passes

Liked the area. Don't like that i have to get towels take sheets off bed at end of stay. I am on vacation

I Thought the room was very comfortable and the Balcony view of the Beach was Great! There's a pool, lazy river, hot tub and only 100 yards away is the Ocean. The breakfast accross the street at Magnolias was great was a Buffet style. Parking garage was a block away. Overall was well worth the money and wish I could of stayed longer! Would like to come back some day!

It was the perfect spot to get to everything. We could even use the free public transportation and it is right on the beach!

Front desk not nice and entire place a mess

This hotel was very nice. The people at the desk were very polite the hotel was very clean even the elevator. It was a little outdated but they did keep it clean. The rooms were very nice and I really enjoyed the ocean view even though our room was on the side we had a clear view of the ocean. Only thing I did not like was that long code you have to key in to get into your room. You have to key it in just right if you make a mistake you will not be able to get in your room. You have to keep trying over and over, that was annoying

Great value for the location. Very professional service.

This property is very poorly managed and maintained. One of the two elevators is missing a panel and exposes the wooden layer underneath. The room is not very clean and they don’t service the room at all. We have to take the trash out ourselves and exchange for clean towels at the front desk!

Property was great!! Room could of used some updating but was VERY clean. Felt very safe in the area. Lots of things to do very close. Staff was very nice and helpful. Check in was a little stressful but went fast just lots of cars unloading. i recommended not getting there directly at 4 if possible.

Everything was nice

Staff was great, local restaurants were all great! I’d definitely come back ☺️

Average Hotel

Great resort. Being beachfront was awesome. Only issue I had was they only had one elevator working so it became a long wait sometimes, but it’s definitely nice you get free breakfast and free mini golf during your whole stay.
