No parking after I paid over 500 for a night. Had to drive around for 45 mins to find a parking spot

Very reasonable pricing compared to many options surrounding. Loved the outdoor spa area and a dog friendly option. Though our room was on the main floor right beside the elevator and main lobby which was very loud unfortunately.

The staff very helpful and polite. We had late check out which helped us tremendously. Easy parking under the hotel was convenient. We which the room had more lighting but overall really nice.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They couldn’t do enough to help you. Rooms were great. Espresso in the room was a treat.

The room was updated, clean and very nice! A bit small, but it was the only room available at the hotel, booked for a last minute ski trip. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and loved making smores with my kiddo in the evening!

The rooms are clean. Sauna is not too hot. The beer tap was broken in the bar.

The fitness room sauna hot and cold pool together. Made a wonderful holiday season stay.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor hot tub and cold plunge area was perfect way to relax after a day of skiing and shopping. The s’more and fire pit was a cute addition and loved by all. The free shuttle service to the ski hills right at the front door was the most convenient part of our trip. Food and shopping area was a good 10-15 min walk. In the cold it can be a bit challenging but doable. Over all I highly recommend staying here.

This is my favourite hotel to stay at in Banff!! The rooms are extremely clean, staff is always delightful and helpful and even go out of their way to assist you in booking reservations. I love sitting outside in the hot tubs that look like barrels. And the breakfast is amazing! I will be returning in the future for sure!

Location is great for shuttle bus. Breakfast is basic with pancake, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, baked potatoes and link sausage. Room with windows for fresh air. Beds are okay, not fond of the pillows, shower is fine. Overall a 3-star hotel feel. Staffs are friendly. A little disappointed that we requested to have connected rooms or next door rooms when we made the reservation 3 months prior to our stay, we had 2 rooms, but hotel didn’t accommodate the request.
