The hotel is very near a variety of shops but not near any good restaurants. For restaurants you need to walk to Triana or the city centre. These are a good 15 to 20 minute walk. We chose this property as it was advertised as having tea/coffee making facilities in room. Whilst there was a coffee machine in the room, the hotel supplied just 2 capsules (one per person for each day) and 2 individual milk sachets. On our last night, we asked if we could possibly have 2 decaff capsules - this was not possible and we were disappointed. Whenever we stayed in hotels which provide tea/coffee (which is common in many cities we traveled to but not so common in Seville), there was always a generous amount provided and replenished daily. We also had a small bottle of water just at check in. The water was never replenished. We did not mind the walk into the city. However, as we stayed a whole week in Seville, we booked 3 tours (out of the city). For this we needed a taxi ride every morning - as the stops available were a good 30 mins walk away. Had we known about the poor tea/coffee situation we would have booked a hotel in a more central location. The staff were helpful and gave us a couple of good recommendations for restaurants and Flamenco shows. I understand that the hotel is ideally located for the Feria but for a city break there are better options

Perfect for my quick visit in and out of Seville. Would suggest staying in city center as it’s kind of far to walk every day

The hotel is everything you need to visit Sevilla. If you want to stay in one of the best “barrios” is Sevilla, this is the one Barrio Los Remedios and Hotel Carmelo. Modern and comfy bedrooms. Hotel employees offer great service. They were able to meet some of our accomodations graceously.!!!! Will definetly stay here again!!!

This hotel is located in a perfect area and not a long walk from the center. The entire staff is kind and pleasant; we always felt welcomed when we entered the hotel. Not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms and the size is perfect for two guests. I will definitely book this hotel in the future.

My go to hotel in Sevilla. Nice place, good breakfast, in the best residential area. Plenty of shopping, food, bars. Walking distance to everywhere including all major sights.

Nice propriety close to old town(a bridge away) looks new or at least remodeled , modern but walls paper thin . You can hear neighbors conversation and maid cleaning next room early morning.Strange, at least, when in Europe walls are brick and mortar!?Anyway they are very nice and front desk has an amazing team day or night shift. We were there 4 nights and ALL the guys at the front desk were top notch. It felt like a 5 star hotel because of them. All and all recommended for a stay in beautiful Seville.

The staff in the hotel were excellent. Especially Eleanor - The manager . Breakfast was varied and service excellent.

Lovely hotel in a good location. The lady at reception was very nice and welcoming. Rooms were quiet despite facing the main road. Shower was lovely but no fan in the bathroom.

Great hotel just across the river from the Cathedral and Real Alcazar in the Los Remedios area. A really good neighbourhood vibe but close to all the main sites.

Fantastic customer service and really lovely hotel, clean and located in a lovely area not far from the centre only a 20 minute walk with some lovely picturesque views when crossing the bridge. Would highly recommend. Only niggle was the Netflix wasn’t connecting for us which wasn’t much bother and we didn’t really ask to get it fixed

The hotel is in a perfect area near a pedestrian only street with many cafes and eateries. Onsite parking was full so we got instructions on a nearby underground lot about 3 minute drive and 2 minute walk. We arrived a bit early and they had a room available right away and the staff were very helpful and gracious. We took the HOHO bus around and wandered this beautiful city. One of the most wonderful places to visit and we would go back in a heartbeat because we couldn't see it all in one day (and we'd definitely stay in this hotel again too)
