The hotel staff helped me book a taxi to the airport. Some part of the room felt old, but still okay. The room service maintains the room clean. Limited food options for breakfast, but it tasted good.

This hotel is close to everywhere, which is good.

Bad service at the reception! No one pick up my phone when I try to call for make up room. When I came down, they were actually just do nothing! Requesting for make up room, but they don't do that and let my room dirty for 2 days! The next day when they clean the room, they just left the dirty glass and only change the bed sheet. Nothing else! This will be my first and last time to stay at Mercure Southbank Mercure. Reception is not helpful at all!

Fun, easy to find location, comfortable, rooms not as narrow as other hotels. It's just that charged 1 for the key, I don't know it's returned / no. must check credit card billing.

Near Flinder station, 6 minutes by walk, good location and clean.

Strategic, near flinders station, the atmosphere around is very like, easy to find food to flinders street, lots of street food, large and comfortable rooms, there are microwave facilities, the staff are very helpful, I will come back here again.

Housekeeping is not satisfactory: stay on the first day garbage in the room is not thrown away. The second day the bed was not made as if it had not been made at all 3. Breakfast did not vary (3 days exactly).

Everything is ok, but the heater is malfunction. I stayed there on late may, almost winter. At night temperature outside could be 5c so a proper functioning heater would be helpful.

Great time here and everything was good. Near the train station Flinder station and good location in the city. Nice and hepful staff.

Close to public transport facilities and beautifully clean hotel with in-room amenities.
