The breakfast was fine. Staff were nice. The location was great, but the laundry was ridiculous 🙄 needed to use a credit card or banking app on your phone. My accounts are not Australin so I guess thats why nothing worked.

Ideally situated a short walk in Southbank Melbourne, maybe 600m to Flinders Street station. Loverly walks along the yarra river with plenty of restaraunts and cafe to choose from Plus easy access to Crown Casino. River cruises and shopping.

Was accidentally given a 3:45 wake up call. Maintenance entered my room early morning assuming no one was in the room likewise with housekeeping. Stood waiting for communication on buffet breakfast for five minutes no staff approached me. Will never stay here again.

Bathroom floor was scratched and in a tired state. Objected to the In Room dining delivery charge considering you need to collect the meals yourself. If there is no delivery by hotel staff then why the charge?

Stayed in room 220 Saturday 11/4 Toilet had faeces on it upon check in. Told reception staff and requested it be cleaned which was never done, had to clean it myself. Shower and overall cleanliness of the room was very poor - spilt coffee stain on the breakfast bench and shower screen had soap on the screen which would indicate it was not cleaned sufficiently

The location was perfect. No interaction with staff as had to use self check in and checkout. This wasn’t by choice but was the only option on both occasions. The room was adequate but the bathroom was not. There was no ventilation which made the floors extremely wet and slippery.

Very happy except for the door between our room let in lots of noise from the partying neighbors. I rang reception at 12.30 am and then at 1.15 am. Eventually the noise stopped. The reception person was very helpful. I would not want a room with a adjoining door again.
