Budget hotel with good location by the beach. Ideal stay over as we were catching the train to France the next day.

Car park was full and chaotic. No hot water. Room was adequate but falling apart. We knew this would be the case as it was cheap and cheerful and fine as a 1 night stay prior to travelling to the ferry

The pet and mattress were so uncomfortable we hardly slept. The staff were friendly upon arrival

Moved room twice, no hot water in the first, then 2nd had a bath tub which was filthy. I tried to clean it with the shower head but it didn't sort it out. If we arrived in the 3rd room first, then obviously it's a slightly higher rating. Staff nice.

This hotel has a good location but it's not that clean and I was stack of the lift for 5 min reaching the 7 floor and the break fast doesn't worth it as well not a good quality not amenities for any special occasion

Our stay was good basic bathroom needs updating. Comfortable bed and room great. Value for money. Staff lovely. Entertainment was great.

This hotel need a big upgrade it is falling apart. Most of the lift were out of order, we got stuck in one of them and the staff was very annoyed with us instead of apologising. The croissants at breakfast were old and we couldn’t eat it. Check in was very late at 4pm and they do the check out at 10:00am too early!! Overall not a good experience. I will not go back.

Clean hotel but no parking spaces left so we had to pay overnight at the pay and display for £22. Not much soundproofing from other rooms so not much sleep had unfortunately. But very close to the beach and lots of cafes, food stalls etc. Quite outdated building. The TV in our room did not work either.

This hotel really needs a renovation. The rooms are tiny and everything is old and worn out. The carpet was stained. The windows looked like they had no been cleaned for years. In my room the shower door was broken and was just standing in the shower cabin. It was a glass door with sharp corners. There was no way to take a shower like that. I had to lift it outside. Ridiculous. The bed was comfy and the room didn’t smell. It was barely ok for a night. But I would not recommend this if you want to enjoy a hotel. To be fair, it was priced super cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel is dated, not very clean, parking is awful, staff were flapping at check in. The lifts constantly broke down whilst people were in them.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY TIRED AND WORN, BUT AT LEAST IT WAS CLEAN. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY THE SWIMMING POOL WAS A NICE DISCOVERY BUT ON USE IT WAS VERY WORN AND NEEDED ALOT OF T.L.C. (ALSO A SAFETY REVIEW - CRACKED AND BROKEN TILES ON THE FLOOR).

My son was charge to use the gym. No airconditioning and extremely hot and humid . Each room was provided with small electric fan. No more, no less. They did not lend us another fan when my husband requested one. The location is great though.

You get what you pay for. Cheap and outdated. No air con in rooms. Parking was extremely busy and hard to fine. Good enough to sleep in.

If you’re looking for a functional place to stay close to the harbour then it’s perfect! Walkable.

None. Very basic.

Not very clean, bits on the bedroom floor, so not sure it had been hoovered. Also the hotel is generally pretty tired, for example bits of the ceiling was missing above the floor and paint was flaking off on the walls in the bedroom. The location was great and the beds were clean but that’s the only positives really. Also we had a family room and it’s above the entertainment room so really noisy until about midnight.
