The club room was amazing, and the service was spectacular. The pool and restaurants were great, and we very much enjoyed & relaxed on our vacation.

The staff were all so lovely & helpful. The room was amazing on the 16th floor & the house keeping was so efficient, The breakfast was one of the best breakfasts we have had at any hotel. Definitely 5 stars.

Spacious, well designed rooms with terrific views, a nice poolside patio and extremely helpful front desk, concierge and customer service staff, as well as a superb driver/guide in Damien. I chose the hotel in part for its reputation as a place that does more than the usual to ensure you have a successful visit and they more than met my already high expectations, turning a very good visit into an outstanding experience, both solving problems and suggesting ways to maximize my time and enjoyment. The hotel really made a positive difference throughout my trip.

The room was fine & the staff courteous, but - 1) Why are there no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom? 2) The Club Lounge was completely underwhelming. We were never offered a cocktail on either of the evenings we were there. In addition, on night 2 we arrived at 8.01 pm to find that there was no food on offer. Apparently it only offers food until 8pm - so why advertise lounge hours until 9pm? I'll never book a Club room with MO again.

Most staff are absolutely superb. The pool area is without doubt a gem and an oasis in this beautiful city especially in the summer months. Rooms are huge and well furnished with lovely high pressure showers. Huge windows complement the rooms with amazing views of the snow capped Andes mountains. Breathtaking! Just two aspects let the hotel down from excellent to good. On check in, rather than provide a room immediately, the reception staff seem (as in many hotels) to wield too much power and make you wait until official check in time or even later! The hotel was definitely not full and these staff could easily have provided a room for us. In fact they stated they would e Mail me when our room was ready. They did not and when I asked about our room after the 3pm deadline, they manufactured a lame excuse about not contacting us! The other problem was carpet in our room(s) For a beautiful five star property, they were really dirty! We actually moved from one room to another because of this reason but the second room was as bad as the first! Please wash / clean the carpets. It’s not right or fair to your guests. Thank you.

The room is spacious with outstanding design, facing beautiful views. Bath designs and two-shower heads made users feel very comfortable. The breakfast through room service orders is excellent, we ordered pre-evenings, the service staff delivered exactly on times early morning. Food quality is super, with delicious taste and healthy options. Taxi arrangement is the best out of all my past experience. The price is even lower than Uber, driver came onsite waiting for us 10min before requested time, with a very good suv, and smooth driving to airport. All staff from reception desk, room service, restaurant, are very friendly and doing their job efficiently.

In my opinion this is the best hotel in Santiago. Rooms are large with stunning views of the Andes mountains. Well kept facilities, well trained staff and a terrace/pool area that’s a true oasis in a very busy city with warm temperatures 9 or 10 months of the year.

Terrible staff...rude, impolite. Worst check-in in my life.
