Comfortable one night stay before flight out of Barcelona.

Everything was clean and staff was helpful

Bar / restaurant staff were extremely understaffed and slow, Drinks underwhelming, food very good. Other restaurant closed and breakfast was not very good.

Really nice room and hotel property. Close to the airport, friendly staff. Good food at the restaurants and room service.

This was an amazing amazing place! Felt like I was LIVING LIFE staying at this hotel for a week, I couldn’t wait to be back in my stunning, well ac’d, super boujee room. The one thing I can say that I rly loved about this hotel was that for an outlet option they had a USB outlet in the wall so u could just plug your phone to that to charge, my phone wasn’t charging as fast with the European converter charger I have and when I saw the USB outlet on the wall I was in shock and put my phone to charge on that which also charged my phone faster, overall extremely happy with my stay here! Also would recommend renting a car if staying here since it is 15/20 mins to most major areas in Barcelona and the taxis can add up. But I would stay here again another time and just rent a car!

Staff was great even in the restaurants. Decor had a lot of big dark wood that made it feel a bit dated and bathroom shower leaked. Gym was tiny but nice. Elevators were a bit slow but I would stay there again.

Very nice stay ! Beautiful hotel !

This was our first time visiting Spain. I would recommend staying here if you can afford it. Though there might be a little distance between you and the major downtown area, I highly recommend it because it’s quiet and just the perfect amount of relaxation one might expect from a hotel brand name like this.

Great staff and great food

We loved the premier club facilities. The pool was good and very welcomed with the heat. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was excellent. We have now joined the Hyatt members group as we were so impressed and will be booking another Hyatt Hotel for our future stays around the world.

Extremely overpriced food and drinks. Hotel pool small and crammed amongst buildings.

Loved this hotel. Staff went above and beyond, fixing an issue in our room whilst we went for a swim. The food was lovely, recommend the breakfast wholeheartedly. We will definitely book again when we return to Barcelona. Thank you to all the hotel staff.

The body wash in the shower was empty for the duration of the 2 day visit. Left the empty water bottles in room after cleaning room.

Vraiment haute classe

Open itself was extremely nice and well-maintained. However, even more impressive was the hopefulness and attentiveness of the staff. Staff members great!

This hotel was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children. 2 bedrooms and an alcove bed. Large bathroom, skylights. Clean and spacious. It’s perfect if you are planning to go to the cruise port. A quick cab ride. It’s in the Gothic area. So it was a perfect spot to see beautiful old world Barcelona. I will stay there again.

I think the only problem I had with the staff the majority of them didn’t really understand English, which they shouldn’t have to be in Spain. Another problem is me trying to get my Hyatt points because I booked through a Expedia I wasn’t able to get them.

First they NEVER answer the phone. From exterior or from in the room. Showed us our room and then of course it was no smoking BUT someone has probably Stayed a few days and smoked heavily because It was brutal. There was a nespresso machine in the room but they changed our room eventually to one on a lower floor. Just a kettle. I asked If they could bring us the nexpresso. After waiting for someone to answer for 10 Mins I went back Down To the lady and asked. She Said she’d get housekeeping to bring it. Nothing. After an hour I finally reached someone on the phone. D they said it was impossible. A very nice concierge tried to make it better the next day but basically poor service
