I thought the hotel was great and the hotel. Hotel location was convenient to the airport but nothing else. The train and bus is very close less than 3 minute walks but wish it was in a better location or more things to do around the hotel

Great hotel - 5 star - - decor very good Cleanliness very good throughout the whole hotel - such a shame I chose it for the pool - only to find when I arrived it was ‘closed’ until June.
Reception area always had a queue and at times couldn’t get a reply when calling front desk

It was a nice looking place but it felt like I was living in an Ai rendering and no one had really thought through functionality or ease of use for things. One annoying example was the elevator buttons being on a stand and having to hold them down, just not very human or intuitive. Many things like that. Needed a focus group before opening.
Also out lights were out most of the time which was weird for such a nice place.

Check in , friendly and efficient. Room was comfortable. All but one , the bar staff were terrible and bad tempered. Every time I asked for a drink he shook his head and stormed off like a child. The others were t much better.

Lovely hotel and great proximity to the airport but the area around the hotel is residential so nothing there for tourists. Near to metro, about 5-7 minute walk and then 20 minutes into centre of Barcelona by metro

- Customer service gets top marks!
- Hotel rooms are clean
- Hotel atmosphere friendly

- Accessibility to metro, fabulous!
-Subway red line goes straight into city.
- Hoteles restaurants far too expensive.
-There are a few reasonably prices restaurants only steps away. Also, there is a really great Mercadona supermarket directly becide the hotel.
The following points, badly need improvement.
- Wash the hotels outside windows, they are filthy and give a very poor impression.
- The beautiful black marble tiles in the bathroom are dangerous when wet, and very, very slippery. I fell, and hurt myself quite badly. I can not possibly be the first person to get hurt. Honestly, it's a lawsuit just waiting to happen.
-The round glass sky lounge at the top of the building does NOT fit the standards of this hotel chain. The walls are worn, chipped and damaged, the carpet is filthy and janitorial equipment was clearly visible to clients. This is a huge no, no!
We walked in, checked the outrageous cocktail prices and immediately walked out! Again, the windows on the skydome were dirty and unacceptable.
We did enjoy our pet friendly stay, this was mostly due to the hotels

Really loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were super nice – especially the lady at check-out and the technician 😊 There’s a grocery store just around the corner, which was super handy. It’s a little bit away from the city center, but everything else was just perfect.
