Room was clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom is small but sink is outside of tub and toilet.Very close to OLG venue for concert.Staff were very helpful.

This was our second stay and it was fabulous My only recommendation is taking the carpets out of the rooms. This is really bad for those of us with respiratory problems

They have 2 building, one taller and one smaller. They were gave us room on smaller buildings ,no elevator and when take breakfast’s we need to go aground

Breakfast included in the price, but line-up chaos and ridiculous rules. No take out, must eat in tiny room that is packed with people. So wait and we'll call you. Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staff. Outdated old hotel. Towel rules are ridiculous. Threatening $10 each missing towel, yet they didn't stock all my towels. So, I had to waste my time reporting they didn't do their job so I don't get charged for stealing their wonderful towels. Ya, we all want to steal their old white towels. Spend your money elsewhere. Don't bother with this frustration.

Nice room with separate bedroom! However they mixed up our reservations. My daughter was supposed to have larger room and reservations were under different names. Our room did not connect to main building which was a bit annoying. Also no elevator and we had to bring our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We are not young! Outdoor pool very nice! Location great..near many restaurants and close to Falls! Breakfast was plentiful however very crowded and badly organized. Need to set up stations better or have bigger area. All in all a decent stay.

Elevator situation is terrible. There is ONE small elevator in the entire building! Waited a looong time. Also not very friendly at check in and a little difficult to navigate for anyone using a wheelchair. Finally, I am always leery of hotels that don’t offer a receipt upon checkout because I’ve been charged for things I never used (parking) (at another hotel) and didn’t know until I got home an got an email receipt. I had to ask for a receipt upon checkout and front desk seemed a bit out out that I did. It did the job (a place to sleep) but I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Overall, a great stay! The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean, and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying, with enough variety to start the day. The staff was friendly, and everything felt well maintained. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pool looked a bit uninviting, so we decided not to use it. Other than that, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

Was good, enjoyed my stay

We stayed for three days at this hotel. What I didn’t appreciate was being charged $30 per day to use their open parking lot. If it had been covered parking, I would have understood, but $30 per day for an uncovered lot is too much. The therapy pool was dirty—the water looked brown. What bothered me the most, however, was how rude the staff was. They never responded when we greeted them in the mornings, so after the second day, we stopped saying hello. They never acknowledged us when we entered or left the hotel, and we had to wait more than 30 minutes for clean towels. The biggest disappointment was the front desk staff. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism is the main reason I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.

This hotel was what I was looking for. I wanted a hotel near the incline rail, clean and comfortable beds, good shower, and a free breakfast. I was only planning on being in the hotel to sleep, shower, and have breakfast. This was perfect for that. The staff was very helpful when I had trouble getting on the wifi (it was my phone not the hotels fault and the front desk person was able to help). I didn't care about hotel amenities because I simply wasn't there enough. It was exactly what I was looking for. Yes you have to pay to park, but most other hotels are the same in this area. Loved it. Would stay again.
