Wifi too slow and only one elevator not good

Staff helpful. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the hot tub.

I liked the pool, hot tub and the free hot breakfast. Also the location was great in falls view. The price was good, only complaint is that they charged me an extra 30 dollars to park my car for one overnight, geeze.

Breakfast was tough, we fid get there later but flow was tough getting toast and line was long. Hostesses had trouble keeping up with people.

The hotel is in very poor condition, smells, and needs to be remodeled. The staff is rude at teh breakfast area.

Close to restaurants and attractions and of course the Falls!

Staff was helpful and attentive to the request. Eating time is imited to 20 minutes. Not enough lights in the room. Smell in the room was not welcoming at all.

More variety on the breakfast menu

The bed was made but it was not comfortable to walk around barefoot in the room and the bathroom had no ventilation. The complimentary breakfast was good just hard to get into as the serving room is very narrow compared to the seating. The staff were subpar and no helpful outside of giving you a key and telling you what amenities they had. We did not end up using the pool.

The room was decent and the location was incredible, but beware payment. I selected to pay when I arrived via Expedia. Despite choosing to pay at the property, they put a hold ($260 US) on my card 3 days before check in. When I arrived and paid in full with a different card, they did not remove the hold. It’s been 3 days since check in and my money has not been returned. I asked the front desk and was told it can take up to 8 business days for the money to be released. So it’s a nice enough place to stay, but do not count on being able to wait to pay till you get there.

The pool is dirty there is dead skin floating on top of the hot tub and the Jets don't really work properly. Breakfast is okay and the rooms are clean. If you need to stay somewhere on a budget close to the Falls this is your place. $30 a day to park.

the room was very cold. the breakfast lady didn't smile. the bed is very uncomfortable. The hot tub could have been warmer. Some of the staff were pleasant. When I checked i received a green sheet for all you can eat breakfast. I went there thinking that it was a coupon. I didn't realize that it was just an advertisement. The food wasn't great. I so sorry to have so many negative comments. I really don't like to complain. It is difficult for me to write these comments. I am just being honest.

Room were clean but the staff was not good. The staff was rude. I was with a baby and as I travelled before to other hotels as well most of the hotels were having microwaves available in the room so that I can heat up some milk and some food for my baby but in this hotel this service was not available I requested one guy that I want to warm the milk he said sorry we have only one microwave that’s in dinning area and u can use that in morning. Then we drove to Tim Horton then they helped me

It’ll be cheaper to book the “more expensive” hotels in the area- there are so many hidden fees with this place when you arrive. I booked online through Expedia and had already paid for the room on there. I do understand there is a small per night parking fee, and was expecting to pay the correct amount for my two nights. Instead, I was charged over DOUBLE my ROOM for all of these hidden fees. Resort fee, tourist fees, and a ton of other unnecessary fees. I have stayed with this hotel for three consecutive years, and the previous two years have not been like this whatsoever- at least not to this level. The month of May is still technically off season for the Falls, so for this to be more expensive is beyond unreasonable. Upon checking out around 10:25am (checkout is from 11-11:30) I was hit with another fee. More fees was again charged to my card for what appears to be an unknown reason. I talked with a very friendly staff member at the front desk, however I was unable to get a clear answer as to why I have been charged so much. I did get an itemized receipt but when looking at all of these different “fees” on paper, the more it feels like I got lied to and robbed. I guarantee it would have been cheaper to stay at a nicer hotel for the exact same price than to be lied to at Comfort Inn.
