Soon after landing at the airport I had several issues and I was exhausted, frustrated and hungry and a bit overwhelmed. When I got to the hotel, the staff was so kind and patient and understanding. They helped me a lot and I felt so much better after witnessing their honest desire to help me. If you stay at this hotel don’t forget to enjoy the rooftop. Nice and quiet. I’d definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying here before our cruise. It was so easy to get to and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also perfect in the morning.

Very satisfied with my stay. Tried calling several times on different days to get transportation from cruise set up but no one ever answered. Ironically, once there, every time that I went to front desk, they were answering the phone so I will say it must have just been bad luck. Check in was supposed to be at 11am but when I got there was told 1pm. They allowed us to keep luggage in lobby while we went to grab lunch. The lobby and room were very clean and it had a nice balcony. There was a mini fridge, stove top and pots to cook or warm up a meal (no microwave) and plates etc. there was a small washing machine for clothes (no dryer but you could hang up clothes to dry). There was plenty of toilet paper (seems rare every where else we visited in Italy) and enough clean towels. During shower, the shower head broke and hard pieces of plastic came from the water drain. They fixed it and cleaned everything up without questioning what happened which was a relief. Very kind staff. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to airport was a reasonable price compared to how much everyone else charges. Walking distance from cruise port and train station as well as from nice beach area with lots of restaurants (including McDonald’s) and souvenir shops (about 15-20 minutes).

We went on a tour in the morning and needed to get to the cruise dock in the afternoon The hotel driver (for a fee of 20 Euros) picked us up at our tour, took us back to our hotel to pick up our luggage, and dropped us off at the cruise terminal. They made everything easy

Clean room. The mirror near the bed seemed a bit scratched up, but that was very minor since there was a bathroom. WiFi was also good. The service was great! The transport from the airport and to the cruise that they offered was way cheaper than any other option I found online. The breakfast didn’t seem free, but the price wasn’t bad. The food was very good! Way better than the cheap food you get at other hotels. You can tell that they care about the quality of their food. Excellent service overall! I highly recommend!

The hotel is very old and dated, but the room was clean. The main light in our room didn’t work. Breakfast was so so. They offer a shuttle service to the cruise terminal for €5 each.

The entire stay from pick up at the airport to the hotel stay was awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here if cruising out of Rome.

Great property once you get there. A challenge coming off the train and having to take luggage over 1 km to the hotel as no taxis wanted to take you as you are competing with the traffic rushing back to the shops so they make 10/person to transport while they would only make 10 for a 4 minute drive. The hotel has a shuttle to the ports and it was excellent and a wide variety of complimentary breakfast options

This stay was a short but sweet stop off before our cruise with transfer to the port for 5 euros each - excellent value.

The room was large, clean, and overall well maintained. The mattress was VERY firm, like a board. The toilet used a lot of water, but did not flush well. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly. The small lobby was not adequate for the number of people using it.
