Clean hotel! Rooms are perfect for the type of vacation where you’re gone all day and need a good spot at night to come back and rest and relax

Honestly I was not going to give a 4 star as the rooms were super cramped for so called 2 queen beds but the cleaning staff and front was so great as I had left my bag in the room and it had my passports and they were so sincere to call me non stop till I had signal and I could call them back and they held it safely in the front for me!! The stars are for the staff honestly

Our stay at The Fox Hotel & Suites was fantastic. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The unique hot pool and convenient location made our Banff trip even more enjoyable. Excellent value, great service, and a memorable experience overall.

The pool atmosphere was amazing, condition of the rooms not as much. I get that the area is expensive to stay in, but for the money, this hotel was subpar

This location has some great perks: the hot pool is amazing and relaxing after a long day of hikibg. The free underground parking is a bonus and they provide free Roam bus passes, with a stop right out front. This is something you definitely want to take advantage of to get around town without needing to drive and pay to park at other spots. There is an elevator so you will not need to carry luggage upstairs. The gym and free wifi were also great. There was a little inconvenience of not being able to have the blinds open, due to the walkway being directly past the rooms and the view into the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well as efficient, there was no wait when needing to ask staff for assistance. There were even umbrellas available to borrow as it was a bit rainy. Overall, a pleasant stay with great perks.

Stayed for 5 nights, loved the hot pool and helpful staff! Wish they served breakfast, but it’s nice to have the Chillies attached! Loved our stay :)

Great place to stay, unreal hottub area.

Location, balcony, grotto looked neat even if we didn’t use it. Liked the cottage, artist loft feel to the place. My friends place in the other room there had dirty sheets, stains on the couch etc, and a front door that wouldn’t lock, but our room was fine.

This is an older hotel. It would have been nice when we checked in about how the bus system worked. We were told it’s easy to walk everywhere. It listed concierge services, but we were told to just go to the visitors center. Staff were very friendly.

Great stay, beautiful hot tub, beautiful building in general, and cozy rooms. Very nice staff as well, though I think the rooms could use a mini fridge at least even if it’s not a suite, and even a microwave. I feel I’ve been in way worse hotels with at least that much. But besides that it’s great. Chilis is delicious as well!

The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have. Easy to walk to amenities.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and we appreciated the free bus passes the hotel provided so that we could explore around Banff. The only downside was that there was no fridge or microwave in the room so we couldn’t store or heat up our leftovers. Plus the lighting in the bathroom was too dim, making it a little difficult to see. Besides that we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place. Got an upgrade. Regretfully it had no ac in the loft and the downstairs fireplace had been left on. We tried fans but the room was very hot to sleep in.

Excellent stay! Clean rooms, super friendly staff, and a lovely pool. The hospitality was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Good location and the hotel offered free bus passes. A couple small housekeeping issues but the staff were quick to make everything right.
