Loved the view from our room on the 11th floor, loved the indoor parking super easily accessible from the street and loved the free drinks offered for the 5-7. The staff during the 5-7 and during diner were all very courteous and attentive to their customers. Had a great experience at Embassy Suites :)

Great location. Breakfast and happy hour was above average. Snack basket upon arrival was a nice surprise. Room was a good size and newly renovated but had a few issues - stand up shower design resulted in water coming out and no closet. Staff friendliness was hit or miss - more often missed.

The room is spacious and decent and staff is friendly. We stayed two nights and didn’t get housekeeping the other day but they sent up amenities once requested. Overall good and will come back again.

Great location in between old town and downtown. Great value for the money with spacious rooms, free breakfast and 2 free drinks a pay.

Room was clean. The staff were excellent. The restaurant was lovely.

The house staff was very kind and respectful. The reception staff was a bit cold. The food in the restaurant was delicious! There must have been construction at the front door. Elevator (1 of 2) smelled like puke and broke down one night. There wasn’t an electrical plug beside the vanity but on the opposite side of the bathroom. The bed was VERY old. There was a large divot in the middle. The carpet could use a shampoo. The couch cushions kept sliding off when we sat on them.

The rooms were fantastic! Lots of space, very modern and clean. Was pleasantly surprised. The staff in the restaurant was great especially since they had such a big crowd because of the competition happening. The only issues I had was with one specific person at the front desk. She was not very helpful and needs to work on her customer service skills.

Room was great, the view in room on 11th floor is amazing. Everybody was so courteous and the 5-7 were a lot of fun. Kudos to bar staff

The room was not as clean as I thought it would be. We reserved a queen bed for 2 people and our room had a double. I found the room really dark.

7/10 for cleanliness. Staff at front desk could have been more understanding of a hearing impaired person . But overall a wonderful stay; love the renovations. Room was beautiful and dining room lovely. Very happy!
