Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal

Location was fantastic. Room was exceptional. Breakfast was nice and convenient. We are early morning people - so there was never a wait. Also, the parking garage was really nice.

Our room was very spaciou,quiet and comfortable. The hotel was well located to traverse the city.

Convenient hotel with a guest laundry and big rooms. A bit old and could use some update but overall ok. The breakfast was really bad though. Not many fresh fruit, no plain yogurt. Felt very basic and US-like (fat, super sweet, and unhealthy). Not much care for the environment either (regular distribution of plastic bottles for example). All these things could be easily improved.

Not a great experience. Booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Both rooms were not as described in pictures. They were not clean when we checked in. Bathtub had hair and drain was filled with hair and gunk. We were told we can leave if we like but won't get a refund. In that case they should give us rooms that we booked. Be careful with this hotel.

Loved the outdoor patio!

The hotel is well staffed, has a delicious restaurant, and is conveniently close to Old Montréal.

Decent location. Room layout was just okay with multiple pockets doors in our 1 bedroom suite. Poor water pressure in shower.

We had a great time at the hotel, the staff is super friendly, the breakfast was not that varied and after a few days it gets bored, there was some construction outside the building that started pretty esrly, all in all my family and I enjoyed our stay

It has dirty , worn carpet in rooms. Needs painting. Small shower. Thermostat was in terrible physical condition in room 506. Broken pieces. The staff was excellent- they are doing their best with a dilapidated property.

We were upgraded for free from a queen to a king which we were obviously v grateful for. When we got to the room, it was v basic, kitchen area, separate bedroom and sofa turns into a bed. Come bedtime, we call reception for someone to come and turn the sofa bed into a bed for the kids and we are told to do it ourselves. After four times of asking someone reluctantly came up to make it. Make the lights go out, the truth comes out. I always have a habit of scanning the room for mosquitoes and other bugs in the room to keep the kids safe. The pics will reveal what I found. Cobwebs all round the room in the corners which you can only see with a flashlight. Not a great experience overall and definitely disappointing since it’s a Hilton property. Didn’t even stay for breakfast, left at 7am.

Great location, large spacious room and the included breakfast (a combination of buffet and made to order) was a hit with the kids. Will definitely stay here again!

Great and very safe location! Walking distance from tourist attractions! Breakfast with so many options!

The room was spacious enough for the three of us. Breakfast and nightly happy hour was an added bonus. Convenient to Old Montreal.
