Embassy Suites by Hilton Montreal

The people working there could not have been nicer!!!! However, while trying to eat breakfast they decided that doing construction in dining area, working loudly was a good idea!!! One couldn’t even have a conversation!

This did not live up to my Embassy expectations. The hotel had an overall shabby feel to it. The hallways and rooms were dark (some can lights in the ceiling would be a huge improvement), the furniture seemed worn and scratched up, and while the bathrooms were large, the shower was tiny ( think phone booth size). I think Hilton needs to spend some money getting it updated or change the brand. You can tell it's a converted condo done on the cheap. For the price, I would pick a different hotel in that area. The location was good and the made to order breakfast was nice. We noticed some dishes sat outside rooms for two days despite staff walking by them repeatedly. Wev were good by the front desk agent that the garage had car chargers. It does not bag free public chargers. There are chargers that were installed by condo users for their personnel use. If you stay at Embassy Suites regularly, skip this one to save yourself some disappointment. I

As advertised near lots to see and do in the old city . Room was large , modern and clean . Love the key locked elevators . Good value compared to the neighbourhood competition . Would stay again .

The hotel was within walking distance of a lot of sites and restaurants. The staff was friendly. I was there the beginning of spring when the weather was warming up. My windows had latches to open but maintenance came to inspect them and said they weren’t usable. So my room was a tab bit warm. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and dark with the shades.

Great all around. Free drinks in the evening at the bar and free daily breakfast.

The entire stay was great!

Place is ideally situated for visiting "old Montreal " being I block away. Close to the metro stations and tons of bars and restaurants. Lobby was under construction, but the still served a complimentary full breakfast buffet along with complimentary made to order items. They even had a complimentary bar set up in the evening with a couple free drinks and snacks between 6 and 7pm. I would stay here again

Very clean and a friendly staff. I did find some of the receptacles in my room where lose, or the faceplates where ready to come off, in room 720.

The hotel was under renovation while I was here but it was not an issue at all. It was very clean and the staff were excellent. You have to request dishes for the kitchenette. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel - perfect location - will be back again!

Good location . Close to major attractions

The property is under construction and the rooms are dark however the restaurant and service staff makes up for it. Very convenient to all Montreal has to offer.

Stay was in general good. They gave us two drink coupons when we arrived which was nice! Someone was stuck in the elevator when we got there so they were down to only one so there was quite a lineup. Their breakfast Hall was also very small so there was a lineup to get a table.
