The room was unacceptable — no air conditioning, a filthy bathroom, and a window that wouldn’t open. I stayed during a heatwave and the hotel made absolutely no effort to provide even basic comfort or hospitality. Staff were dismissive and offered no support whatsoever. I even asked if I could buy a fan from them, and still nothing was done. The problems continued beyond the room. I couldn’t get anything to eat because they claimed all meals had to be prebooked. For a hotel, that’s simply not good enough. In all honesty, anyone considering staying in this area should avoid this hotel entirely. It was a thoroughly disappointing experience, especially from an Ibis.

Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Fresh and warm food is always a bonus after a night out. The staff we interacted with were professional, friendly and helpful.

When I booked it was supposed to be double room but when I arrived I was told at the reception there was no double so I got a twin room and it was so noisy I had about two hours sleep then they moved me to a double on the second night the pillows wear not good and another night hardly any sleep again I told about the third night still not much sleep the whole experience was awful they need better pillows firm ones

The room was clean and spacious, and dinner was available right at the hotel—the selection was modest but sufficient. Kudos for the excellent breakfast. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

The room was great, apart from the windows, we were overlooking the A580 so it was very noisy, difficult to sleep as the windows are not well glazed. The toilet roll does not flush so you waste water trying to re-flush it. We havent eaten here as we used the pub next door. The location is good. The staff friendlyv& helpful, ample parking.

There was a fight going on in the hotel around midnight - my colleagues who were staying there didnt get any sleep. The food was apparently nice.

There was no hot water or heating from Wednesday nyt so that was the onley thing that was wrong

Everything was lovely. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and fresh and bed was so comfy that my husband and I went sleep from 11pm to 11am. The best sleep we’ve had in a long time. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Thankyou
