The ac did not cools as well as we would have liked but otherwise nice place to stay

This place was so pretty!! Breakfast was top tier. Absolutely affordable! So good we rebooked and will be returning next weekend lol

First room water was all over floor from toilet in bathroom. They changed my room to a 2 bedroom suite. Bed was comfy. Shower was filthy and so was fridge and microwave. Marks all over them and the bathroom mirror which means itwas cleaned with a dirty rag. They have upgraded the rooms somewhat but they still show their age. Housekeeping is only every 3 days. They need to upkeep these rooms more often. You can tell they dont clean them enough.

We fell in love with this place. We were more than welcomed. They have a beautiful courtyard, washers and dryers for the quests. Kitchen staff worked hard. And the pool was nice. No complaints.

This hotel was perfect for our family of five. It fit us all comfortably and we enjoyed our stay.

My family and I loved it, it was my kids first time in a hotel and the staff was very helpful and listened to then tell them how excited they where to be in one and answered all their questions. Very clean and easy to find everything. Daughter loved the pancake machine!

There was some leftover food in the fridge, likely from the last guests. The inside of the fridge was dripping with water. Both heating elements of the hotplate did not work. Also surprised there was no water kettle. I would like to have a refund.

Clean and quiet room.

The overall experience was very pleasant. We made an error in our booking that caused us a lot of stress. The manager and the desk clerk, I forget his name, were very understanding and helpful in resolving this issue. The hotel was nice, and very clean. I have no complaints. It's a little far from downtown Toronto, which we were visiting. Yet the drive was not to bad, compared to Atlanta, GA (USA) traffic. It was around 30-45mins. Nevertheless. Our stay was very pleasant, as I said.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Sonesta hotel in a spacious two bedroom suite. They have a beautifully landscaped courtyard with patio tables and chairs/umbrellas, a nice place to relax. They also have 2 outdoor barbeques and an indoor pool which made our stay very enjoyable. Washers and driers are free to use and available 24/7.

The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything necessary for heating and eating take out. Breakfast was fair. The front desk was unfriendly. Charging $5 a night to park diminished the value of the hotel. There was a lot of parking around the hotel. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood so parking was very available. When I arrived I checked online for their parking policy and I discovered their rooms on their site listed as $142 a night and two nights with tax was $340. I stayed two nights and my final cost was $706.59 for two nights before the $10 charges for parking. I asked the staff why there was such a difference in price. I paid double the listed price. He shrugged and said they don't control third party websites. Then proceeded to ignore me. I booked the room through Expedia and the cheaper rate was also from Expedia. I caution you to check and recheck prices before booking at Sonesta or through Expedia.

The hot breakfast buffet is really good.Different offering everyday starting at 6:30am which is very convinient for business travellers.Area has many restaurants to choose from within a short driving distance vis uber or self driving.
