Clean hotel with a nice view, but a slightly noisy area. Service was unequal: very warm welcome and efficiency from certain staff members, while others barely talked to us when dealing with us. The biggest problem was cleaning staff trying multiple times to enter our room when the ''do not disturb'' sign was outside, without knocking or calling prior.

Great location. Rooms overlooking the street have some traffic noise at night. Small room but very clean and efficient. Front desk staff are excellent. Breakfast room is very nice and breakfast offer is excellent.

The service from the staff at this hotel was 10/10. Always looking to help. The breakfast was a great surprise as we did not expect such a large selection and enjoyed eating it on the balcony. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. Our only possible issue was the water pressure on our showerhead. Everything else more than made up for this

Older hotel on the outskirts of the old town. Rooms are getting a bit shabby. Was surprised to see that they still use keyed lock on the rooms!

Room rented through hotels.com was not acceptable. Hotel upgraded us for a fee. Breakfast was excellent . Location was excellent.

Our room was small, but that was not a problem with the hotel's rooftop bar. It was FABULOUS, with a completely unobstructed view of Coimbra, which was stunning at night. The room was immaculate, and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was an easy walk down the street.

nice hotel, downtown , in a historic sector. Parking is nice but one should know how to get to the hotel with the luggage and then go to the parking

Served the purpose: visit the University. But way under expectations.

The hotel staff was so kind and friendly to us. We arrived very early, but they were kind enough to be able to let us check in early, which made our lives a lot easier. They gave us loads of information about coimbra and the different things to see and different restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good

The staff were very welcoming on arrival. The room was nice but the shower leaked when in use. We just put towels down to absorb and keep things dry. We could not get the system to heat pur room as my husband was chilled. We even googled how to use the remote and no success. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room well set up. The terrace area was anice touch. We arrived during rain so we were only able to check it out the next morning before check out. We would definitely recommend to stay at the Oslo.

Excellent staff

The hotel is very well situated near the river but major road works made driving a bit tricky. The roof top bar has fabulous views and the restaurant served a really good breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

A wonderful location for exploring the city. Friendly warm reception and top notch amenities.
