There is 2 different hotel branches, we stay at older ones at Lofoten, rooms were small but hotel has a great view, everything is good…

It was extremely noisy. The bar next to the hotel (in the same building) had VERY LOUD music EVERY NIGHT during our stay. I complained to the front desk staff and did not get any help. The music did not stop until after the mid night (2am to be exact). The shower are in the hotel room is practically unuseable, although we had a Business Class Room. Bad experiance!

Beautiful view and great breakfast

Pros: breakfast was incredible, hotel restaurant was very good, bed was ok Cons: Our room overlooked the courtyard outside, it was extremely loud at night time when people would gather after bar/restaurant closed for the evening. Parking was $20 for an indoor spot at the hotel.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Svolvær, a great base to explore Lofoten. The hotel was very busy with lots of coach parties but it was quiet and comfortable. Take a room with a view over the square and harbour with a great view of the mountains.

Very convenient to the ferry terminal and the surrounding area. Terrific breakfast including all sorts of sweet and savory choices as well as fresh made juices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Top notch place for our Lofoten experiences. To the cruise right out the door, to the galleries close by, the information center next door, the friendly and helpful staff, to the unrivaled breakfast, and the energy efficient features that make so much sense, this hotel fit our bill for our week-long stay.

Wonderful hotel right on the harbor with an incredible mountain view. And that breakfast is fantastic--huge breakfast buffet with something for everyone! Would highly recommend. And it's centrally located and walkable to restaurants and attractions--many tours pick up right in front. Loved it!
