The pool needs to be checked. There's too much chlorine, causing dry skin, unpleasant odor, stiff hair, and staining clothes.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. However, there was a major problem with the swimming pool. The resort should review its pool cleaning and water treatment procedures. On Monday morning, after cleaning the pool, the chlorine level seemed excessive. After swimming, young children experienced itchy skin, dry and brittle hair, and their clothes were stained. The resort should re-check the chlorine level before allowing guests to use the pool. If the water has just been treated and the chlorine level is still high, guests should temporarily not be allowed to swim until the levels reach a safe range. This will help ensure the health and well-being of guests, especially families with young children.

The space and rooms were great and comfortable. Everything was clean. The service was good, they even brought my luggage right to my room. I will definitely come back.

My family recently stayed at the hotel and was very satisfied. We booked two family rooms, which were spacious, clean, and had three beds, making them very comfortable. The resort is small, charming, cool, and surrounded by greenery, so all members of my family were very pleased. Next time I have the chance to return to Hoi An, I will definitely come back to your resort :)

Zannen'na no wa, kyūtō boirā no kyapa ga sukunai tame, yokujo ni oyu ga tamaranai uchi ni, mizu ni natte shimaimasu. Yubune ni tsukaru shūkan no aru watashitachi ni wa totemo zannen'na koto desu. Shizukana tokoro de nonbiri sugoshitai o mitashite kureru hoteru deshita.

I booked a family room in October for 4 people at a fairly cheap price, 2 rooms with partitions, breakfast included. The hotel will charge an extra 400k/person for an extra bed, a small folding bed so it won't be very comfortable. The elevator is a bit narrow, there is a small garden behind, there is a restaurant next to the river.

The accommodation is clean, spacious, the breakfast is quite delicious, although the accommodation is a bit far from Hoi An ancient town, but if you rent a motorbike, it takes about 6-7 minutes to get there, the staff is friendly, easy-going and enthusiastic.

I stayed at Coco River for 3 nights in August 2025. The resort has a relaxing atmosphere and a warm, welcoming feel, very much in line with what you’d expect from a well-managed boutique property. Its location along the Thu Bon River is convenient—perfectly situated between the Old Town and Cua Dai Beach, making it easy to move around. Highlights (1) Room quality – Spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an excellent large bathtub. (2) Spa experience – The staff are well-trained, and I especially enjoyed the Balinese package. It was a highlight of my stay. (3) Dining – The buffet breakfast changes daily and is acceptable for this category of resort. For lunch, I often ate at the riverside restaurant. Though the menu is simple, the freshness of ingredients and flavors stood out—my parents, who are usually hard to please, were genuinely satisfied. That’s rare. (4) Desserts – Surprisingly good ice cream. Areas for Improvement (i) Some outdoor facilities could use more attention—for example, a few planter boxes on the second-floor terrace were left empty. (ii) It would be helpful to have standby staff in public areas like the spa or outdoor restaurant. Installing a bell or call system could improve service responsiveness

Everything was great except for one thing: the two girls serving the breakfast buffet must not have studied the profession or something. They just looked at the customers and didn't smile or greet them, but instead looked at each other and smiled, making people feel uncomfortable 🙂 Hope you guys learn from this experience!
