Good clean room, friendly staff, great bathroom, awesome breakfast, highly recommend.

Central hotel, near restaurants. Very friendly staff

Too bad, the guest arrived and said there were no rooms available. They moved the room to a noisy bar, the guest had to find another place to sleep in the middle of the night and lost 600k.

I think it's not nice, old equipment, smelly house, unfriendly staff

good service but the area above the rack wall in bathroom still abit dirty.

Everything is great, clean, close to many restaurants, reasonable prices.

The room is not very clean, all the furniture is old, the air conditioner does not work well.

3 star hotel but quite old, price is not cheap, room cleaning is not clean

The lobby is hot and inconvenience when it's shared with other company. Water shower pressure is too high. Other are good.

The first night was unstable, the mattress in room 205 was broken and I couldn't sleep, the room next door was full of arguing and cursing until morning. Asked to change rooms, agreed then said there were no more rooms when I was packing my luggage and going out the door, gave the room card to another room and said there were new guests checking in. I couldn't sleep all night until the next morning when I changed rooms.

:)))) extremely dirty, looking at the toilet makes me want to go in, the staff is friendly but can't make up for the quality of the hotel. n old but n terribly shabby :)))))))) in general, I'm AFRAID there won't be a second time the reception space is tiny and there's also a massage room that looks like a thunderstorm

the hotel staff refuse to refund when I came in early and ask me to book another hotel I suggest everyone to avoid this hotel to avoid problematic staff

Convenient location for travel, surrounded by many shops and convenience stores

My stay at the Asian Ruby Hotel was a mixed bag, but the location is definitely its strongest asset. Being centrally located made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and get around.
