I live in Saigon, and every time I go to Hanoi, I'm most worried about the service there. But this time, I accidentally booked a hotel that I absolutely loved. All the staff were enthusiastic, friendly, polite, and considerate of the guests. The room wasn't huge, but it was just right. The mattress was comfortable. I slept well. The only downside was that the bed linens hadn't been changed in a while, so they had a slight old fabric smell. Partly because my nose is too sensitive. And the hairdryer was a bit weak. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fantastic. The water pressure was strong, making for a great shower 😄.

The staff are enthusiastic and lovely. The space is both elegant and cozy, making for a very comfortable stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and if I have the chance to return to Hanoi, I will definitely choose to stay here again.
