The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a central location, convenient for getting around and exploring the old town. A drawback is the poor soundproofing in the rooms, meaning conversations in the adjacent rooms are easily disturbed, especially at night.

This was truly the best experience I've ever had. I usually stay at other hotels in the Old Quarter, but this is the one with the most enthusiastic staff; everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail.
