It was a pleasure to stay at the Classy Boutique Hotel. The service was excellent. The room was clean and cleaned daily. All the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, especially Alice and Christina. They were very helpful. If I ever return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again. I have to say the staff here are super lovely, soft-spoken, dedicated, and the service is absolutely amazing. The room has a street view, and there are many famous restaurants across the street. If I have the chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely come back, excellent 😍

Amazing service. Jenny and Ryan at the front desk had taken care of me so well. I can't find any reason to complain. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to them. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and treated me so well throughout my visit. 5 stars all the way! Highly recommended!

The reception staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a central location, convenient for getting around and exploring the old town. A drawback is the poor soundproofing in the rooms, meaning conversations in the adjacent rooms are easily disturbed, especially at night.
