Second stay here. Same level of quality as the first time. Always very friendly and helpful service from all staff. Extremely comfortable bed, especially good for bad backs. Room and property in general is very clean. Love the pool and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). Will be staying here again.

Great property, conveniently located for my needs. Very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice pool and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). There's a very nice restaurant and bar onsite as well. Looking forward to staying here again.

There was an unusual incident, some hours of mess in the hotel, présence of fire fighters and non-stop alarm ringing that affected our stay, especially in the middle of massage treatment, and hotel staff didn't want to take responsibility, because the problem came from the outside! No reimbursement, no accomodation, we have just accepted the situation because we didn't want to ruin our trip.

The heating system does not work the room was freezing during the night. We stayed here with other two families and I can say it was not satisfied experience

Older hotel but well kept up and not a cookie cutter hotel like the franchise hotels. Hot tub was great after a ski.

I do really like this hotel for what we are looking for. It is in a nice location to access several good local ski hills, and the big hill at Sauvere. It is a nice old school hotel with a lovely little restaurant. There was a little mix up with the booking, but that staff was very accommodating and came up with a solution. The price was ok. Only 1 of the outdoor hot tubs was working, and the other was at 90 degrees, though not sure if that was a patron fault and left it open, or if there was an issue. The indoor hot tub was nice, newer than the one last time we stayed there. Overall, it was good for a quick family ski trip weekend, where the focus was on getting as much skiing in, with some added comforts after. Would go back.

It seemed that the presentation of the hotel, in the app, over exaggerated the actual hotel features, the hotel was cold, did not offer a complimentary breakfast.

This hotel needs to be restored badly. Shower is one of those old phone booth types from the 80’s. I needed to run the water for over 10 mins only to have a fast lukewarm shower. I needed to call reception and found an old broken phone missing most of the keys. Nowhere to plug in your phone. Had to unplug coffee maker. Check in was very good though with nice service.

We first visited several years ago and found that the whole place needs some updates. The service in the restaurant needs improvement. They were very short staffed. The pool is still great.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The bed confortable. The towels ok, but not big enough and one had a brown mark? The hotel is in need of an update, pool area was ok, but the pool water seemed cloudy and there was a rim of scum buildup. The hottub was cleaned the 3rd day were there, it should be cleaned daily. The waitress at the restaurant was nice but the food was below average and expensive considering the quality. Cheese on pizza was not stringy and the sauce was none existant. Room was ok. nothing fancy. All the furniture looked old and used, the carpet although vacuumed, could be changed as well.

I brought my elder mom for weekend away and we were well accommodated.
