Piscine pas peinte et mauvaise nuit à cause de l alarme pendant 20 min et 3fois durant la nuit donc très mal dormi la première nuit

Chambre 218 introuvable. Les numéros 200 à 217 jusqu'au bout du corridor. Dans le coin Chambre 220. Pas de numéros 218 et 219. J'ai appelé à la réception , je ne me sentais pas capable de redescendre les escaliers avec ma valise car il n'y à pas d'ascenseur. On m'apprend que le 218 est au dessus des la réception. Restaurant, on me place tout juste vis à vis de l'air. J'ai dû demander pour obtenir une place plus confortable en haut de la marche. Stationnement. Il faut emprunter l'autoroute pour avoir accès au stationnement de l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Pas recommandable pour une personne âgée qui voyage seule.

Nice hotel, Artwork was nice. Room was clean. A little disappointed the breakfast wasn't included.

The pool and spa were over chlorinated. Most of the jets didn't work. I had escargot gratinee at the restaurant. It was terrible. Oily and the cheese was extremely low quality. I mentioned it to the waitress but nothing was done to remedy the situation. The main course was shrimp and two were not fresh and the rest were severely overcooked. For 100$, i was expecting a 5 star meal.

Parking was ok, a bit busy - front side full in the evening but can park in the back end.

Clean room, nice bed, good jet tub and climate control. The pool and spas are great too. Not a modern hotel but comfortable + the staff is kind and helpful. Restaurant is not good and expensive, I recommend getting takeout elsewhere or eat at a restaurant nearby.

The night staff was rude. No clean up of the room in 3 night. Fridge broke down la night, they told me that because i use the hairdryer at the same Time… I have no haïr. Only one spa open and yellow water. Pool was under work last Day. Lot of noise coming from pool repair until 9:45pm. Dirty room, Even the enveloppe for tip was dirty. In general, was not what it use to be, this hotel is running down. Stay away.

restaurant was kind of cold due to all the windows. Excercise area could use a refresh and better equipment.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times we had a nice experience however, I would confirm if your room has been renovated. The first time we stayed, the room seemed a bit out of date… But the second time our room was a renovated one and everything was perfect.

Great and cozy. Pool Area was really hot though. Great spa area outdoor.
