We stayed for only 1 night. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and efficient. There is no elevator. The room was okay, we had to close the A/C as it was too noisy. The beds could be a bit more confortable. The inside pool was a bit dirty. There is a restaurant a bit expensive for the quality of food.

We got the room to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

We purchased the dinner package.
They told us to come for 8 and not later.
We sit down at 8. Waiter very rude, for 45 minutes we just sit there.
Then we are rushed through the order, i have no chance to ask questions because he is already walking away.
We received the first course at 9:15.
Then waited between courses. No water. Noone to ask.
We finished dinner when restaurant was closed, at 10:45. Sitting alone, trying to hurry through the coffee.
Because of this we lost the chance to use the pool, which closed at 10:30. The whole reason I got the hotel.
Food was good but they made me feel like nuisance and an afterthought.

Hotel terrible piscine blanche sale meme chose pour les tourbillons si tu veut un champignon go…..la chambre lit qui fait un trou au centre la AC fonctionne 3/10 salle de bain ils ont peinturer par dessus la rouille, ma soeur a eu sa chambre a 6 pm car il navait pas de poignée a sa chambre plus jamais cette hotel.

Parking lot not inviting when the main one is full.
Understanding the use of the tv is next to impossible to find favourite stations.
E.g. ended up watching old pool games instead of being patient enough to find what I wanted to see.! Very annoying to feel so inept. No simple explanation as to which remote control to use!

Les spas étaient sales. Il venait de mettre de l’eau dans la piscine… l’eau était glacé plate on n’a pas pu profiter de la piscine extérieure.
Pour ce qui est de la cafetière.. c’est des machines à expresso. Alors si tu veux un café bien pleins, bien oublie ça.

Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de l’hôtel. D’une part l’immeuble n’était pas entretenue et les photos sur l’annonce n’était pas représentatif de ce que nous avons eu sur place. La piscine était non fonctionnel, les chambres étaient malpropre. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel. Nous avons réservé avec Expedia, nous avons quitté après 10 minutes sans avoir utilisé les commodités de l’hôtel et nous n’avons pas été en mesure d’avoir de remboursement. Le propriétaire de l’hôtel ne semble pas répondre à leur demande. Très décevant pour une chambre à ce prix.
