Ample parking. Friendly receptionist, quite detailed in her explanations. Always smiling... thanks, Miss Yani. Check-in was also fast... only 2 minutes. The room smelled fragrant and clean. Awesome.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms weren't very clean, with the terrace, bathroom, and especially the rooftop area being completely neglected. It's a shame, as the rooftop is a great place to hang out.

Big thanks to Kak Yuniar & Kak Lala for the hospitality ⭐5. Stayed here for 2 days overall good, and will be back soon because the service is really good, thanks for being trustworthy in delivering my leftover items wrapped very neatly. Small things but will be a good memory for me about this hotel.

I've stayed at Crystal Lotus four times. It's strategically located, has a balcony, and the pool is refreshing and clean. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a refrigerator and hairdryer. It's simply the best. The check-in process was a bit slow on a few occasions, but it's still the best and totally worth it.

All the staff are friendly, it was a pleasure to stay there, and when I went home, the security guard named Mr. Kris helped me carry my things, the food was delicious, all the information was clear, the deluxe room was spacious, the cleanliness was very good, it is a must for you to stay here.
