All the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, especially "Mr. Cris" who is responsive and welcoming. 😁 Clean rooms, mineral water refills, easy access everywhere. Suitable for bringing family. The hotel area has many culinary options, etc. 5-7 minutes from Malioboro and Tugu Station.

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The service was even excellent. I once had a package delivered to the wrong place, but the hotel was very kind and helped me get it delivered to my house. It was truly the best, and I'll never forget it.

I stayed here in March, and the toilet wouldn't flush, but the technician quickly fixed it. Today, the 20th, I stayed in room 226, and the balcony door wouldn't open, and the technician came back to fix it. Hopefully, we'll continue to maintain customer comfort and prevent this from happening again.

4 hours stay. Breakfast is ok, all staff are friendly, coincidentally next to the room there is a table and chairs for guests to have tea/coffee & unfortunately the guests are dirty, lots of food on the floor, noisy sounds outside can be heard from the room, dirty towels, after 1 day asking for a change of sheets, they were not changed even though I have requested several times, they still haven't been changed, even though my body is itchy. The room is not too spacious, it's okay but if it's clean it will be comfortable. Hopefully it can be cleaner again.

It was a truly enjoyable stay at Crystal Lotus. The service was friendly, and the receptionist, Ms. Bertha, was also very welcoming. We arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM, even though check-in was at 2:00 PM, but we were able to check in immediately and get our room without a long wait. The food at the restaurant was varied and delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I can't even think of anything else. Everything was enjoyable, delicious, comfortable, and filling, and the turmeric and tamarind was the best. Before checking in, I sent a WhatsApp message to the admin to let them know it was my anniversary with my husband, and they had prepared a slice of cake in the room, and it was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was so, so, so delicious.

Super comfortable and nice, complete, friendly staff, feel at home and make you want to come back again, next time hopefully you can come back with your parents. A little input to give a pen so visitors can give a paper review on the room table, slow wifi and improve the taste of the food I score 7.0 :) around there are many stalls, but the road access to Malioboro tends to go round because many are in the same direction. Other than that all is good. Thanks :)
